The service and the coffee. I find that as a coffee place, the quality of the barista skills is paramount to a great cup of coffee. I am not a fan of eating there but the coffee and the beverage counter service is exceptional.

My parents and I went for our 1st time yesterday, on my bday. It was pack and people were rushing in. I informed the lady I'll be ordering 4 plates. 3 meals 1 dessert. place my order, sat down waited an hour for food. finally arrived informed lady just missing 1 more plate... mine. she said ok and walked away. after waiting for another 30 min. no one ever came back.
