Sitting in waiting area noticed Floors hadn't been swept. Needed Mopping. Young kids Know Nothing about Etiquette in Dealing with Customers. Not planning on Returning to this Location. Too Many Hostesses Standing and talking w/ each other and Not Attentive to Customers. Disappointed. Otherwise Food Was Good. Just Wish SERVICE WAS BETTER.

My child picked IHOP to have breakfast at. While the food and service was good, the atmosphere was not. It was raining and 39* degrees outside. We didn't notice the temperature of the restaurant because lobby had space heaters, but after waiting for our food, my child and I noticed we hadn't taken off our jackets because we had not yet felt comfortable enough to do so. Went here 12/30/2023 1:15 am. Felt bad for the girl cook. She sat tables, cooked our meal ( best I ever had) and did everything while the young boy coworker was asleep in the booth. She tried to wake him 3 times. I made sure my tip went to the girl cook. Atta girl ! Come on manager of this store, do your job and reprimand this poor employee.
