Seating is fast. Getting someone to attend you takes a while. Food takes a while as well to get to you. If you order anything else while you have your food takes as long as a first order. Servers depends on who helps you but some can be rude even though your respectful. Diner seats are dirty.

We had the worst experience today. To begin with, it took about 10 mins for a host to come to the host table to ask for how many guests were in our party, that shouldve been a clue for us to leave right then. We were served by Andrea G. I have so many complaints today that I'm not sure we will be back for a long time, or ever! The chicken fried steak came out with no Gravy. We had to wait about 10 mins for Gravy We asked for mozeralla sticks, also came out with no sauce. We had to ask for sauce several times and when she finally brought it out, it was straight out the fridge/freezer. We had to ask for it to be heated. It wasnt until she brought our food when I asked where our drinks were that she realized she never brought them out- 3 waters and 1 soda.. another 8 minutes to bring out drinks and w no straws. Took another 5 to 10 minutes for straws too! There was a hair in my turkey sandwich. My daughters scrambled eggs looked like they had been reheated (plate was hot but eggs were cold). Her pancakes were cold!???Overall, I would NOT recommend eating here again.

If I could give negative numbers, I would.Got here, seated really fast. Awesome. Got our drinks. Cool. 20 mins later, ordered food. Sweet. I swear, 40 mins later, we get our food. The place has 3 other tables besides me and my husband. I ordered the fresh berry salad. IT WAS SO FREAKING TINY!!!!!! Like, omg!!! That took 40 mins to “make”????? On top of all that, my bowl wasn’t clean!! It had other food on it from another dish!!!!!NEVER EVER AGAIN AM I GOING TO THIS LOCATION!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!

The food was cold and not good at all. Eggs were overcooked bacon undercooked, pancakes were very dry. Took almost an hour to get the food. Restrooms were not clean at all. Will not be going there again.

The day we went we were the only customers and my husband and I enjoyed a quiet relaxing meal after a long work day.
Sitting in waiting area noticed Floors hadn't been swept. Needed Mopping. Young kids Know Nothing about Etiquette in Dealing with Customers. Not planning on Returning to this Location. Too Many Hostesses Standing and talking w/ each other and Not Attentive to Customers. Disappointed. Otherwise Food Was Good. Just Wish SERVICE WAS BETTER.

A loud waiter could be heard from the kitchen, as well as in the dining area. Not sure if he was on meds. People come to have a peaceful meal, not a circus atmosphere.
