“Went to dinner before the Tobin show. New fall menu. The buttternut squash soup was delicious 😋 and served hot. Unfortunately the quinoa harvest salad with roasted beets, butternut squash, pepitas, and goat cheese was only greens…. Minus the other listed ingredients. Our waitress Brook was notified and said the cook staff that made the salad broke up with his girlfriend and sad! 😔 well we were sad and disappointed ☹️ and no compensation offered. The chicken Caesar salad was delicious. 😋 Hopefully no one else will get the same poor quality fall salad ! Beware ! 👻 trick or treat???!!!“

“We hosted a Celebration of Life at BJ's Brewhouse, Hwy 281 N. Could not have been more satisfied with the atmosphere, service, and especially the food. There were 80 of us with the Pizza and Salad Buffet. EVERYBODY there remarked how wonderful how wonderful the pizza and service were. I've heard terms like "never had pizza this good", "the service was excellent", "wonderful place." I highly recommend this particular location for events. EXCELLENT.“

When I finally made it to the right one and explained my mistake, the Hwy 151 team kindly remade my food so I wouldn’t have to eat something that had been sitting for a while — all without me even asking. This small act of kindness meant so much. I told my baby that day that when you can, offer people as much grace as possible and be kind — because you never know what someone might be going through. The only reason I gave them a 4 Service And atmosphere. He had a server name Judith that was very rude. When I told her the order was wrong, and I asked her for a manager, and she had a nasty attitude as she mumbled something under her breath about me to another server. It wasn’t worth arguing or question what she said. She waiting for me to argue with her, but I wasn’t gonna argue. Manager correct the order. That’s all that matters.“

Smiling staff and cheerful conversation all around - in short a marvelous relaxing atmosphere. A very homey place for a travel too long away from home.

I tried The Orchard, and it was absolutely delicious. The smoked turkey with bacon and creamy brie was perfectly balanced by the crisp apples and fresh field greens. The Vermont dressing added just the right touch of sweetness and tang, all served on a soft roll that held everything together beautifully.

And don’t skip their homemade potato chips! They’re crispy, perfectly salted, and the ideal side to round out the meal. You can definitely tell they’re made in-house.

“A beautiful historic building with inside and outside seating. We waited about 20 minutes at around 1:00. Our server was wonderful and attentive. The food was fresh and delicious! The atmosphere was relaxed and beautiful. I highly recommend adding a stop for lunch or breakfast here to any itinerary. We walked out giant cinnamon rolls to enjoy later!“

“As soon as we arrived, we knew it be a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, we got sat pretty quick and we didn't even have a reservation. I ordered a steak but I wish it came with two sides and not just one. My cousin ordered an hamburger, huge by the way! We got a complimentary carrot cake because our food took a while which by the way my cousin and I didn’t notice. It was delicious and we enjoyed it very much. Atmosphere is top notch in my opinion! We definitely going again!!“
