“Went to dinner before the Tobin show. New fall menu. The buttternut squash soup was delicious 😋 and served hot. Unfortunately the quinoa harvest salad with roasted beets, butternut squash, pepitas, and goat cheese was only greens…. Minus the other listed ingredients. Our waitress Brook was notified and said the cook staff that made the salad broke up with his girlfriend and sad! 😔 well we were sad and disappointed ☹️ and no compensation offered. The chicken Caesar salad was delicious. 😋 Hopefully no one else will get the same poor quality fall salad ! Beware ! 👻 trick or treat???!!!“

“We were in town and it was my wife's birthday. The food and service were impeccable. If i could give them an extra 6th star, I would. Pleasing the entire family with everything from the bread, apps, salads and entrees is a tough order with our group. Each course, we just became more impressed. Lico, our waiter, was incredible. We will be back as soon as in SA again!“

Johanna was our waitress and she was so beautiful & lovely to speak with! The owners, Peggy & Paul, were gracious & felt like family. “Wonderful little hidden gem (that's maybe becoming not quite so hidden). I attended a special wine dinner here and, even though I don't drink at all, I still really enjoyed the meal. The food was all thoughtfully prepared and felt truly like dining at a friend's home. Everything was so personal and intentional.

I was sat at a communal table with other solo diners which led to some really interesting conversation. We all bonded over our appreciation of the food.

“First went there earlier this year, impressed us the minute we walked in the door, employees greet you upon entering with a truly warm, illuminating smile. When we were seated, we wanted to watch a certain game and the manager, Laura really went out of her way, bent over backwards to ensure they found the game(s) we wanted to watch, then ensured that the games would stay on ! The waitress who waited on us ( can't remember her name ) was exactly like the manager, helpful, courteous and quick with her service, thus resulting in making this our favorite location for watching sports with the drinks and menu items to order, with this type service, we will always make this our number 1 location !! “We are from NY and this was our 2nd time in SA, I met your server Ashley across the street & she informed she worked for you. We came for dinner the following evening and Ashley was 1000 amazing! I wasn’t feeling well and she treated me like a Queen. As an ex server myself I must say she was wonderful!!! Best service !! She deserves a raise !! she was perfect in every way. She was the sweetest and kindest person to us. Even got me a water to go for my upset stomach! We will definitely come again when we come back to visit! Ashley you ROCK!!!“

“We hosted a Celebration of Life at BJ's Brewhouse, Hwy 281 N. Could not have been more satisfied with the atmosphere, service, and especially the food. There were 80 of us with the Pizza and Salad Buffet. EVERYBODY there remarked how wonderful how wonderful the pizza and service were. I've heard terms like "never had pizza this good", "the service was excellent", "wonderful place." I highly recommend this particular location for events. EXCELLENT.“

My wife and I were eating out on our 22nd wedding anniversary and chose this location based on the online menu and reviews. She had the blackened cobia tacos on the special of the day menu and I had the fried seafood platter. Both were excellent as was the shrimp and crab queso appetizer. In addition, our waiter brought us a free sampler that included the roasted jalapeno soup, crab bisque, clam chowder and gumbo. All were delicious. Our waiter was attentive without being intrusive throughout our meal and presented us with a 20% off coupon for our next visit. We were surprised that the place was not more crowded than it was on a Saturday evening, because the food and overall experience should be attracting a big clientele. Again, thanks to the entire staff for a wonderful dining experience. And for anyone thinking about visiting, don't hesitate. You're missing a great meal at a very reasonable price.“
