Jim's restaurants are our favorite go to place to place for a memorable breakfast. Their cowboy waffle with eggs is a special treat, give it a try. Any Jim's restaurant in San Antonio or the surrounding is area is well worth the stop.
Arrived around 7:45pm on a Monday evening, the restaurant had a few diners,but I was seated quickly. I ordered the Monday special which was meatloaf with two sides. The wait time was less than 10 minutes for my dinner to arrive. The meatloaf is a large piece covered with a sweet and tangy sauce, it has a certain flavor by itself but went well with the meatloaf.
