“Went to dinner before the Tobin show. New fall menu. The buttternut squash soup was delicious 😋 and served hot. Unfortunately the quinoa harvest salad with roasted beets, butternut squash, pepitas, and goat cheese was only greens…. Minus the other listed ingredients. Our waitress Brook was notified and said the cook staff that made the salad broke up with his girlfriend and sad! 😔 well we were sad and disappointed ☹️ and no compensation offered. The chicken Caesar salad was delicious. 😋 Hopefully no one else will get the same poor quality fall salad ! Beware ! 👻 trick or treat???!!!“

“The food is excellent. Doesn’t matter what elect. Presentation is lovely. The atmosphere is ambient, mild, relaxed and grown. Go with someone you enjoy talking to.
The manager made her rounds. She listed all chef’s choices for the evening. We chose all her recommendations which were the burrata. The tomatoes were sliced to almost sashimi thin and delightfully seasoned. The mozzarella was fresh and tasty. We ordered the Wagyu steak which was so perfectly cooked it almost melted in my mouth!!! For dessert we had the flourless dark chocolate mousse that was paired with an excellent watermelon sorbet!!! Our waiter Lico was incredibly attentive, friendly and pleasant. I won’t overlook the bussers. They remained vigilant throughout the entire evening. Every empty plate was immediately removed and every half glass was promptly filled! We will be back.

“We had lunch with friends here today and I was blown away!!! Everything was impeccable! The service was beyond amazing and the food…..what can I say, it was AMAZING! The Insalata Caprese was one of the best things I’ve ever tasted! I had the Pollo Bronx Parmigiana and my husband had Fettuccine di Parma with shrimp. The portions are huge!!! Can’t wait to go back!! The owner can and visited our table as well as everyone else’s!!! This place is a must!!!“

“I went there with a bunch of my college friends and honestly everything was great. Chips and salsa was excellent and the guacamole tasted great. We ordered a few top shelf margaritas pitchers and they were just as strong as he said they would be. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately my friends were being rude and lying about what they ordered once they saw the price of the bill. Felt kind of bad for our server because our experience couldn’t have been any better.“

“We had an amazing experience at Parry’s thanks to Ariana and paige. They were super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out perfect. The food was incredible, especially the pizza and wings, but Ariana and paiges service really made the visit stand out. She kept checking on us, had a great attitude, and made us feel welcomed the whole time. Definitely one of the best servers we’ve had — we’ll be coming back for sure!“

“First went there earlier this year, impressed us the minute we walked in the door, employees greet you upon entering with a truly warm, illuminating smile. When we were seated, we wanted to watch a certain game and the manager, Laura really went out of her way, bent over backwards to ensure they found the game(s) we wanted to watch, then ensured that the games would stay on ! The waitress who waited on us ( can't remember her name ) was exactly like the manager, helpful, courteous and quick with her service, thus resulting in making this our favorite location for watching sports with the drinks and menu items to order, with this type service, we will always make this our number 1 location !! “I tried Smith’s BBQ for the first time today and it’s a bit of a mixed review. I had the four meat sampler (brisket, ribs, sausage and chicken) with green beans and baked beans. The ribs were good but not memorable and the brisket was a bit chewy BUT, the sausage and chicken were EXCELLENT. The baked beans were simple but perfect. They reminded me of a family picnic. In my opinion, the green beans were OUTSTANDING and the star of the show. Very unique flavor that hit the taste buds like WOW! I’ll definitely go back for double chicken with green beans and baked beans!“

With hours of 7 AM to 4 PM, this is a breakfast and lunch place, with a varied and adventurous menu that caters to meat-eaters, vegetarians, vegans, and diners in need of gluten-free alternatives. On my first visit, I had the excellent spicy fried chicken sandwich, with sides of home fries and a wonderful arugula salad with cherry tomatoes, quinoa, and a balsamic vinaigrette perfectly blended between sweet and acidic. I look forward to returning again and sampling the extensive breakfast menu. Plenty of beverages are available, and there is a stately espresso machine that speaks to a restaurant that means business when it comes to coffee. This area of Potranco has been in dire need of a sit-down coffee house alternative to Starbucks, and ELISE CUISINE is it. I’ll admit that I was initially a bit cowed by the menu prices, but the portions are very generous; I left with half my meal unfinished, so I was really getting two meals for the price of one, and in truth, virtually all the dine-in, non-fast food alternatives in the area are similarly priced, with nowhere near the ambience and elegance. “The only time I go to Crumbl is when one or more of my daughters ask me to take them! But each time is always a good experience not only with the food but also with the girls. This crumble was clean, fast, and the staff was polite. We were in and out within 5 minutes. Highly recommended!“

Domingo is, hands down, one of the best restaurants we’ve dined at in San Antonio, and easily our favorite that’s right on the River Walk. Our server, Kelsey, was a delight and made our evening even better with her recommendations and top-notch service. Our favorites that we ordered were the Domingo Signature margarita, elote, seasonal agua fresca, and (it pictured) the star of our meal: the grilled flat iron steak. The entire plate was the kind of meal one has dreams about, and if anyone at Domingo ever considered taking it off the menu I may actually riot. Domingo will be a must-stop for us every time we’re in San Antonio. Thank you for making our getaway that much better.“
