Crumbl is a clean location with fast service and polite staff, though some experiences vary. The day crew is much more polite and welcoming, but there are some bad seeds that work during the night shift who are rude and made orders wrong. The cookies are really good, with one reviewer hoping to try the Dubai chocolate brownie, as the lineup for the week looks flawless. However, some weeks the cookies are undercooked and the banana posing is nothing but just whip cream. It is normal for the cookies to not be warm, but if there are problems, the staff is quick to fix it without issues. Employees are kind and helpful, and the location is always clean. Orders are always correct whether ordered via DoorDash or inside, making it a fantastic location.
