“I’ve now been to the Potranco location twice specifically for the ube soft serve, and it has not let me down either time. It’s aesthetically stunning: a beautiful, vibrant purple swirl that’s piled high and honestly looks too good to eat (but you absolutely should).

The flavor is where it really shines. It’s creamy and smooth with a naturally nutty taste that’s distinctly ube and not artificial. The waffle cone adds a nice crunch and flavor that complements the soft serve well.

The staff at this location are friendly and efficient. The shop itself is clean and well put together.

If you’ve never tried ube before, this is a great introduction. If you’re already a fan, Maiko’s version will not disappoint. This is easily one of the best soft serves in San Antonio. Already planning my third visit. Highly recommend!“

“I’ve never been to crumble before. I was just picking up a friends order but i felt it very necessary to leave a review on something that caught me off guard when i entered. Something that in this day and age is a rare experience. Every single worker (all of them either in high school or college) stopped what they were doing.. to acknowledge and welcome me in. It is 15 minutes before closing and they still gave me the best customer service. After a long day, there, positive energy actually kind of lifted my spirits.
