“Yesterday evening we stopped in after I had to leave a Trunk or Treat event with my daughter because the line was too long. She was so broken hearted I wanted to get her some ice cream. When we arrived an employee named Aiden could see my daughter had been crying. I told him our story and he said he’d be right back. He kindly asked my daughter what to say (trick or treat) in which she replied, and he then pulled out a small bag of Candy from behind his back. This completely made my daughters night! He explained he had just filled them for Halloween night but that he felt she needed one. I could not thank him enough. The rest of the staff was just as friendly! And although she loved her unicorn ice cream as well, that thoughtful act was just the best. To see my daughters face light up in that instant was everything. Thank you all for the great service!“

“I went to the one in the forum. I was door dashing two employees where back talking didn’t even know I was there (around 8:30 on 10/28/26. I think one was named Kindra and the other one was close to her name). Both of them were great help me right away. There were two other ones in the back just talking didn’t even say anything. Hopefully you have a camera to pull up to see two in the back where not doing nothing. The other two were clean and taking care of business. They were the best and need a raise. The other two need a taking to cuz that is bad for business even when your orders are coming from door dashing. Pull the camera the ones that where working give a raise the others in the back talking need a good lesson“
