Yesterday evening we stopped in after I had to leave a Trunk or Treat event with my daughter because the line was too long. She was so broken hearted I wanted to get her some ice cream. The location is open however only accepting drive thru orders due to COVID. The area that you have to drive in to get to the order intercom contains a big whole in the ground. Please drive slowly. The parking and drive thru area was clean. The order board was easy to read. There are many different items offered. This location is Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts together. Went to pick up my wife's birthday cake. The girl was rude and not helpful at all. She told me my order didn't exist, as if it wasn't place. Eventhough, I had my confirmation email with my order number stating ready for pick up. She said nothing was under my name and didn't proceed to look any further.
