I love Brindle's! It's my go-to ice cream spot.Apparently, the new owner had discontinued Panna Cotta, which was my favorite flavor. There are other delicious flavors, though. Dulce de Leche and Sweet Cream are very good.
Visited this past wknd searching to fulfill a late night craving at 11pm & they were better than expected! Open till midnight with a wide variety of choices; ice cream, gelato & sorbet. Kinda like BR with the 31 flavors, but elevated flavors. They also make their own waffle cones. We may have discovered our go-to ice cream shop!

Was on vacation in San Antonio TX and just got out of a full day at the six flags... A quick sarcastic "starving" comment from the wife and I new something had to be done. I typed on Braums (an excellent go to up north) and Brindle's Ice Creams popped up. Perfect and on the way to the hotel! We stopped in and instantly warmly greeted and we began trying flavors, all made in house and all delicious ?
