The Texas sheet cake (described as rocky road with pecans instead of marshmallows) was so good I wanted to cry lol. The cilantro lime was super refreshing for a hot summer day. I just wish the goat cheese thyme was available by the scoop! Definitely plan on going back 🩷
I moved out of Texas and the one thing I find myself missing often is the goat cheese, thyme, and honey ice cream from Lick. It is my all-time favorite ice cream flavor, beating out all of my other longtime favorites. So delectably creamy, tangy from the goat cheese, floral from the thyme, and perfectly sweet without being too sweet.
