the food was amazing as was the staff. it was a wonderful dinner and a wonderful evening
I would like to give a huge “THANK YOU” to Silo management as dozens of San Antonio Police Officers and other agencies worked downtown for the New Years Eve Celebration and were treated to a buffet of fajitas and enchiladas free of charge.
We pick this restaurant based on the name and the exterior looked interesting.As we walked by. We made reservations and came back for supper.

SILO Prime offers an elegant and enjoyable dining experience in a cozy setting with live piano music. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is attentive and helpful, providing excellent service and recommendations. The menu features a variety of options, including a beautifully presented Caesar salad that tastes delicious and hot, crispy shoe string potatoes that are flavorful.
The restaurant has received praise for its amazing food and superb service. The fillet is tender, and the brussels sprouts are phenomenal.
