James was our cashier tonight. He was so nice to my husband our son and I. He had such a positive attitude and carried great conversation. We came in for a quick bite, and he made our experience so much more enjoyable. We will come back to this location just because of him!
Love coming here for the unwich but the service is so slow!!!! I thought Jimmy John's was supposed to be fast?Tables aren't always clean as well. And waiting for ur order is confusing. They usually just call out the sandwich number.What if 2 ppl ordered the same thing? Hope this helps address things to make them better.

Had 2 #15’s & a Little John #1 all meals. There was only one person working there. The guy rings up my order, and then said he charged me for a water I didn’t order, came out to $38.06.
