I was overcharged by more than $4 and their signs all over the place quoting the correct price. the manager was nowhere to be found so the cashier called her and they still refused to adjust my charge. there is no way to get in touch with corporate the phone number that I did find sounded like it was in China. she said that there was no corporate phone number. I think it's very serious matter when I restaurant cannot be contacted about one of their stores and their managers.“

“I order from here a lot. A good chunk of the time my sandwich is fine but they limited what you can add or customize online.

Today I placed an order for delivery. Since I don't have the option to customize anymore I usually call the store and it isn't a big deal.

The woman who answered initially hung up on me twice before we could get past hellos. The second time she asked me to hang on for about 5 minutes. I agreed and ask that my sandwich not be made in that case since I wanted an ingredient left off that is no longer customizable online via DoorDash. She hung up.

I waited, thinking it was a mistake, and called back to ensure it was made correctly then was told that my sandwich was already made, that it can't be remade even though it's wrong, and that I'll have to cancel the order. Extremely disappointed.

Edit: Called the store when I was able to reorder. The woman on the other end took my order and corrected it. I have now received correct sammich.“

“I am a Stage 4 Kidney Cancer fighter who has lost both kidneys because of my battle. Now I am on dialysis there is not much out there that fits the renal diet. After dialysis I’m starving and have to watch out for phosphorus, potassium, sodium and fluid intake. With some research I found out that Jersey Mike’s Roast Beef is made fresh and low in both sodium and phosphorus. Ask for no cheese, tomatoes, or salt and you have yourself a delicious renal friendly winner. I started craving these subs after my dialysis sessions and the staff started to recognize my wife and I. With big smiles they would greet us at the door “Hi! #6 no cheese, no tomatoes, no salt” and stat making my sandwich before we even got in line. We feel so special there. My wife loves Jersey Mike’s too so she’ll get a #13 here and there. But the service and quality is by the best I’ve ever experienced.“

“First subway I've been to in a good while where they were staffed adequately, the employees didn't look over stimulated or over worked, freaking out like other subways, it was clean, looks like they got a 100 on their inspection, super pleasant surprise on this side of town, they didn't skimp out on me when I asked for black olives, which subway usually does lol, and the service was fast. Probably the best visit I've had to a subway. Thank yall“

“As I arrived after a long day, I parked my car and stared out the window. Looking out, I saw a Subway and a Jersey Mikes. What to eat? I asked myself. For some reason, I was drawn to the Jersey Mikes. I’m not a Jersey Mikes guy, not even a sandwich guy, but something about that shop seemed so enticing. I walked in and immediately I was greeted by so many friendly faces. The entire crew just seemed so happy to be there. There was no rush to get my order out and everyone just stared in anticipation to see what I’d get and get started on my sandwich. “I have found over many years that this location is very consistent on the food, I normally go in for lunch, sometimes a turkey with avocado on japeno cheese bread or the turkey avocado Cobb salad which is a must try if you dig a good hearty salad. Other locations don't compare to this one.
