Even when they are in their crazy lunch hour rush, the employees are all friendly and have my lunch ready and waiting on time! “My child has celiacs so eating out is scary. Not here. Anivea, the manager, completely went above and beyond to help and reassure us with our concerns. Everything she did, she explained to us and asked questions to make sure we were comfortable. You could tell she didn’t just do this for us, it’s a common practice at jersey mikes. If you have allergies, you can trust jersey mikes.its obvious that they’re concerns for allergies is top notch.“

“I ordered a gluten free sub today and had requested ranch on it not even thinking about it containing gluten or not. Well. A lovely worker put the ranch on the side and left a note saying it contains gluten. I called up there and thanked her personally for this info, but I just want to brag more about her because it made my day and saved me from being glutened. I think her name was Lita or Lena😅 Anyways, thank you!!! Absolutely made my day.“

“staff is very rude and dismissive lady on the phone hung up on me mid sentence as I was trying to request something. that's not the customer service I ever want to experience ever again. shame on this lady and this location“

“Absolutely love their bread, Always soft! My sandwiches are made with care! Perfect amount of veggies and sauce, hits everytime I take a bite! Also, the cookies are delicious, soft, & sweet, just like all the people in the store, love going to the subway in Bigs!“

“So i came into Mcallisters new Braunfels for lunch and when i tell you the service was Amazing. it was AMAZING!! i didn’t catch her name but the lady (blonde ) was so sweet and patient taking our order. and not even five minutes after ordering we got our meal. the food is always immaculate and the best way to end the meal is with a cookie. so i go up to order one and she is super sweet and covers the cost of the cookie from the kindness of her heart! bless her!!“

“We stopped for a sandwich but hadn't really eaten here much before since it's far from our home. My wife asked for a large sandwich because that's what she remembers ordering the last time she had food at Schlotzky's. Turns out the large sandwich is literally GIANT. It was much more than my wife remembered and when we got to the window, we apologized for not knowing the sizing/pricing.

The wonderful people working understood and were kind to a veteran and his family who just had a newborn. This type of kindness is not common at all and we are very appreciative of everyone there. We will definitely be eating here more often because of that experience and service.“
