“The cashier Roberto was very pleasant. He also was the cook, and the food was ok. I only disliked the fact that they were out of onions for the cheese steaks and also out of bone in wings. You should not run out of wings. Very disappointed. This is not the first time this happened.“

“This is a brand new location in a strip mall on the 1103. Employees were friendly and fast. Be aware of the construction out front since it will add time to your visit. Sorry for no pictures but everyone knows what the food and restaurant look like.“

“Has a really good experience here. Brian and Josh (maybe Joshua) are really funny and nice. I ordered the giant 43 with bacon and pickles, which was cooked to perfection. I can see myself coming here again. I definitely felt welcomed and valued here.“

“Valerie is 100% the nicest employee I’ve ever met at any subway hands down! My girlfriend and I came to pick up a mobile order this afternoon and Valerie was the only employee on shift I believe. Her skills and customer service are top notch having our order ready a few short minutes after she got to them. The sandwiches were delicious and I hope to be blessed with her presence my next coming visit!“

“Consistently delicious and fresh“

“One of my favorite NB restaurants! I work downtown and have ordered online for pick up plenty of times, the food is always delicious and the customer service is top notch. Even when they are in their crazy lunch hour rush, the employees are all friendly and have my lunch ready and waiting on time! I really appreciate that my order is always correct, with cutlery and napkin included. I will recommend Cravings all day long, thank you for being awesome🥰“

“My son and I used to come in every Thursday for a couple years. Our schedule changed and we haven't been in for a couple years. Came by this morning and Dana still knew who we were. She not only remembers my name, she remembers that I like lemon slices with my water. That's rare in a fast food environment!“

“Clean friendly fresh wonderful service wonderful food everyone greet you with a smile Sulphur springs has one of the best“

“Omg ! i could not believe how great the food was! it was fresh and hot. the employees were aweso e and kind. it was our first time trying charleys and we'll be back again soon!“

“The sub sandwiches are made to your order. They are quick price friendly. The sub's come in child size, half or full sub. They also offer soup, drinks, chips & cookies The place is always clean to include the restrooms. With the amount of customers that's a very high compliment. Great place to eat!!!“

“Best cheesesteaks in the area! And ALWAYS get the best customer service here. The staff is so kind and always cook your order to perfection! Will always recommend this place!“

“staff is very rude and dismissive lady on the phone hung up on me mid sentence as I was trying to request something. that's not the customer service I ever want to experience ever again. shame on this lady and this location“

“My family and I have enjoyed Potbelly's as a franchise since 2019 but the Live Oak location is exceptional. We love the service we get when Dave is on the Sandwich line and appreciate the attentiveness he alway serves us with. We typically go after church on Sunday's and he is always so kind. The food is great and the modifications he suggest for meals always hit the spot. If you like Firehouse sandwiches or just want kindness in your day, this is a great place to give your business.“

“I love my local Jersey Mikes but this one just made me a regular. The employees working at this location not only make a great sub, but had excellent hospitality skills and we’re so incredibly kind. I was in and out in five minutes, but they definitely made an impact!“

“Okay giving you guys a good rating bc the location closest to me is brand new and doesn't show up so your the closest. The only thing missing and plastic bags, just for those who come on a motorcycle 🏍. Otherwise the Chicken and Greek Gyro are so good and I was glad the guy asked me if my order was correct. Much appreciated“

“It never about the sandwich but it's the service! Whoever is managing is doing better was before, it should run for the best place for subway for Texas or make Starbucks nervous from next door. But most of all, the place is clean and fast friendly service. Love the team.“

“We've been three times now, and the first two times were great. Tonight made us not want to go back for a long while. The women's bathroom was disgusting. We ordered our food and they were out of bread bowls and potatoes. My daughter ordered off the kids menu, and we paid then 10 minutes later an associate came over and said they don't carry what she ordered anymore. So we switched to something else, that cost less, and we had to ask for the refund of the difference later, they didn't offer. We switched to carry out because the AC was broken (not their fault). One of my kids ordered the kid's Mac and cheese and they gave us a tiny side portion as her meal and when I asked the cashier about it she said it was correct. But then I saw a kid with a sandwich and a side of Mac and cheese and his Mac was the same size as her entree portion. I mentioned this and they said oh yah, you're right, and gave us a second one. We left and I realized we didn't get our drinks, we just ordered water so no loss but just irritating. They also didn't give our kids their cookies in this kids meals, which I didn't realize until we got home. My husband broccoli cheese soup was very watery, and my chicken enchilada soup had maybe 2 pieces of nickel size chicken and nothing else but the soup part. Our sandwiches were good and the kids' food was good. The manager was very nice.“

“I had the most wonderful experience from two young employees. I spoke with the GM, Brenda to compliment them both. Apologies as I forgot their names, but the young man had dark hair and is or will be a manager and the young lady had pink in her dark hair( I believe her name was Janelli?). Both of these employees were so respectful, patient and kind, exactly how service should be. It can be hard to find good service when eating out. I also know that working with the public can be very difficult these days. But many thanks to these two wonderful individuals and Brenda! Job well done! I will definitely return!“

“Alexandria was what made this experience 5 stars. Where there were problems with the online app ordering process she took charge and immediately came up with a satisfactory solution which turned a frustrating situation into a minor issue. Great job. Super personable and knowledgeable. What a prized employee you have. Thanks for caring about your customers!“

“My interaction with this location was less than 10 minutes in and out, not bad at all. Service was a tad slow. This location is inside of a convenience store. My recommendation would be to get your snacks if any(drink, chips, cookies) from the convenience store and then get just a Sub from subway. You might add a few minutes of time walking in the store but you could save a few bucks.“

“Friday I went into subway for 1st time since reopened. I want to applaud the employee serving at 3:30. He had several of us in line but he stayed focused on customer at hand..He worked at making each sandwich like the person wanted. He never got rattled or complained- just did his job and did it well. He had worked at Subway in Organ years ago. He did a great job!“

“We were in the BX shopping today and walked down to the food court to see what the options were. We chose to eat at Charlie's Philly Steaks. It was a good choice too. We had as sandwich and the Ultimate Cheese Fries. The sandwich was really good. We had never eaten there before today. We would definitely come back to this place if we lived in the area. I have to say the guys behind the counter could have paid more attention to what they were doing though I think their talking among each other effect the speed at which we and the last behind us received our food. My steak sandwich was done and in my hand before they even started making the Ultimate Fries. I don't know at happens there when the place is busy.“

“I've been eating subway again recently and , my go to is the tuna sub, I ordered a footlong tuna sub off doordash , and it was the best one I've ever had! I've gotten it before from other locations and, sometimes they don't do it right ,but from this location they're always good. 🙂 shoutout to Delilah!!“

“I’ve been getting subway for so long. They always have my order ready on time. Love the online order option so I can schedule for my lunch break, and the people are so nice n have given me a free cookie sometimes. Will happily keep getting subway (also makes me feel skinny )“

“I wish they still had SPROUTS!!!!!!!!!“

“I had such a wonderful experience at Subway, and I want to give a special shout-out to Shelly who helped us. She was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, patient, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her kindness and great customer service truly stood out. Employees like her make such a difference and deserve to be recognized for their hard work. Thank you for making my experience so pleasant! Subway is lucky to have someone like you on their team!“

“Nice location , and friendly staff guy and girl working the lunch shift were super sweet . Only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because they have employees working in the heat because the ac is out . Please fix asap this is terrible for them .“

“Honestly I was a bit upset that my order got jacked up, but!!! THEY FIXED IT and they gave me extras. I just wanted what I paid for but they went above and beyond. Shout out to the employees working today for making this right and the guy that delivered was so nice!“

“You can never go wrong with Subway because it's so fresh and makes you feel good after you eat it and most of the toppings don't cost extra so that's nice!!! 🙂 Plus they have rewards online that are great. Me and my man split a foot long and felt great and satisfied.. 👍🥪🥖🥙❤️🤤😋“

“Miss Miss Sue and Miss K they made my day service just such amazing. My sandwich was delicious so I advised anybody to come here to this subway to get a meal. They just made my day because I was having a very bad day until I came in and got some food.“

“I just left the ER and needed some food. Didnt have good news. But the vibe that Chris and Adalita had when serving me telling me about special deals when i couldn’t decide between tuna or a belt. And when i got cookies generously heating them up for me upon request. I felt the aftercare i needed from a subway inside walmart. I think everyone can have a different experience with different employees but those who do good should be recognized when they do. It tough out here. 😊 definitely stopping by here when i pick up my medications“

“Great sandwich, and the manager there lastnight was way nicer to his employees then their old manager. That guy treated everyone like trash. I'm amazed the owner kept him for so long considering there was new people almost daily because they always quit. Stopped going to this location because of that manager. But decided to stop in lastnight to see how things have changed if at all. And sure enough that guy was gone and the manager in duty was much more professional. He actually helped with orders and worked side by side explaining what to do while simultaneously helping me. This is what managers do, not scold people like children. Like the old guy did right in front of customers almost every single time we went. Most times I'd say something to him like what you're doing is very unprofessional and harassment. He'd just look at you and keep in yelling at the person. I'm so glad he's gone though. Because now your subway is running great.“
