“Everything was going great, until the cook came out and said there were NO fries. At 1:45 in the after Charley’s is out of FRIES. “T” made it right so thank you to him. So graceful and respectful “T” is.“

“Manager, Josh (?), always upbeat & cheerful. Great smile. The other employees seem to mirror his attitude. Love that the meat is sliced fresh for each sandwich and they keep it simple with just the basic veggie toppings. The Mike's way makes the sandwich great. Appreciate that they take extra time to mark which sandwich is which when there is more than one order. And that they wrap the food well. We are getting sandwiches at least once a week and food is consistently good. Facility is always clean.“

“The gentleman that was working tonight. Props to him. I know it was closing but he had that place SPOTLESS. And he was so nice when we walked in since I know sometimes closing customers are an inconvenience but he gave us the best service. Smelt very clean. I knowww subway love to see him on the schedule <3 also he was playing bangers !“

“My son and I used to come in every Thursday for a couple years. Our schedule changed and we haven't been in for a couple years. Came by this morning and Dana still knew who we were. She not only remembers my name, she remembers that I like lemon slices with my water. That's rare in a fast food environment!“

“One of my favorite NB restaurants! I work downtown and have ordered online for pick up plenty of times, the food is always delicious and the customer service is top notch. Even when they are in their crazy lunch hour rush, the employees are all friendly and have my lunch ready and waiting on time! I really appreciate that my order is always correct, with cutlery and napkin included. I will recommend Cravings all day long, thank you for being awesome🥰“

“Okay giving you guys a good rating bc the location closest to me is brand new and doesn't show up so your the closest. The only thing missing and plastic bags, just for those who come on a motorcycle 🏍. Otherwise the Chicken and Greek Gyro are so good and I was glad the guy asked me if my order was correct. “We've been three times now, and the first two times were great. Tonight made us not want to go back for a long while. The women's bathroom was disgusting. We ordered our food and they were out of bread bowls and potatoes. My daughter ordered off the kids menu, and we paid then 10 minutes later an associate came over and said they don't carry what she ordered anymore. So we switched to something else, that cost less, and we had to ask for the refund of the difference later, they didn't offer. We switched to carry out because the AC was broken (not their fault). One of my kids ordered the kid's Mac and cheese and they gave us a tiny side portion as her meal and when I asked the cashier about it she said it was correct. But then I saw a kid with a sandwich and a side of Mac and cheese and his Mac was the same size as her entree portion. I mentioned this and they said oh yah, you're right, and gave us a second one. We left and I realized we didn't get our drinks, we just ordered water so no loss but just irritating. They also didn't give our kids their cookies in this kids meals, which I didn't realize until we got home. My husband broccoli cheese soup was very watery, and my chicken enchilada soup had maybe 2 pieces of nickel size chicken and nothing else but the soup part. Our sandwiches were good and the kids' food was good. The manager was very nice.“

“Everyone is always so warm and welcoming whatever time of day I come in. Mint and Audrianna are awesome and always chat with me. Recently Mint put me on a new sandwich to try and it was fantastic! I will definitely be trying A Wreck again! Thanks for the suggestion!:)“

“staff is very rude and dismissive lady on the phone hung up on me mid sentence as I was trying to request something. that's not the customer service I ever want to experience ever again. shame on this lady and this location“

“I had the most wonderful experience from two young employees. I spoke with the GM, Brenda to compliment them both. Apologies as I forgot their names, but the young man had dark hair and is or will be a manager and the young lady had pink in her dark hair( I believe her name was Janelli?). Both of these employees were so respectful, patient and kind, exactly how service should be. It can be hard to find good service when eating out. I also know that working with the public can be very difficult these days. But many thanks to these two wonderful individuals and Brenda! Job well done! I will definitely return!“

“Friday I went into subway for 1st time since reopened. I want to applaud the employee serving at 3:30. He had several of us in line but he stayed focused on customer at hand..He worked at making each sandwich like the person wanted. He never got rattled or complained- just did his job and did it well. He had worked at Subway in Organ years ago. He did a great job!“

“It never about the sandwich but it's the service! Whoever is managing is doing better was before, it should run for the best place for subway for Texas or make Starbucks nervous from next door. But most of all, the place is clean and fast friendly service. Love the team.“

“The sub sandwiches are made to your order. They are quick price friendly. The sub's come in child size, half or full sub. They also offer soup, drinks, chips & cookies The place is always clean to include the restrooms. With the amount of customers that's a very high compliment. Great place to eat!!!“

“I just left the ER and needed some food. Didnt have good news. But the vibe that Chris and Adalita had when serving me telling me about special deals when i couldn’t decide between tuna or a belt. And when i got cookies generously heating them up for me upon request. I felt the aftercare i needed from a subway inside walmart. I think everyone can have a different experience with different employees but those who do good should be recognized when they do. It tough out here. 😊 definitely stopping by here when i pick up my medications“

“We were in the BX shopping today and walked down to the food court to see what the options were. We chose to eat at Charlie's Philly Steaks. It was a good choice too. We had as sandwich and the Ultimate Cheese Fries. The sandwich was really good. We had never eaten there before today. We would definitely come back to this place if we lived in the area. I have to say the guys behind the counter could have paid more attention to what they were doing though I think their talking among each other effect the speed at which we and the last behind us received our food. My steak sandwich was done and in my hand before they even started making the Ultimate Fries. I don't know at happens there when the place is busy.“
