Josh (Tall, glasses) was so friendly, polite, thorough, and sincere! I love Schlotzky’s, but Josh went above and beyond in making my ordering experience enjoyable and easy. Great employees like him go a long way!
Used to be one of the better Schlotzkys, in all the right ways.Now it's like pretty much everywhere else. In all the wrong ways.Clearly stated our orders. Twice.Two sandwiches. Very simple orders.Nothing complicated.Had to repeat them. Three times.Made it clear the order was to go.Somehow the lady seemed mad about it all.Then, after all of that, they still got it all wrong and then served the orders in the basket. It's been years since we had been here . It's definitely worth the wait. I got the turkey with lettuce and tomato and chips. My husband got the turkey with bacon and chips. The service was awesome. The restaurant was clean . Highly recommend stopping in.
