“It was our first time here. The store looks like new so everything is clean and organized and the decor is in style with the times. It’s on a good location but the building needs something to stand out more. The food was good and fresh. Staff was friendly and very attentive. They did not have the Oreo cheesecake as advertised. Overall great visit!“
“Great sandwiches and decent people. Do NOT under any circumstances use DOORDASH. You are better off ordering it online for pick up. It costs 40% less and your food will actually make it to you.I ordered food for delivery and an hour went by with no food delivered. I finally got fed up, ordered the same exact food again (which by the way was a difference of $25.85 not using doordash) drove to the store and picked it up myself. “As usual these days, we were being waited on by a new employee. The person who was "training" the new employee just stood there saying nothing but looking critical. Because of that, the food wasn't quite up to par. Someone should take some time to train the trainer.“
“Our favorite sandwich shop now! I usually get the Power Plant with jalapeño hummus though all the varieties of sandwich look delicious! Love the toasted taste and the eclectic vibe of this restaurant! This location has a great patio too, so it's great for meeting with your SO and or a friend group. Also love their baked goodies! The folks who work there give awesome service - they're all friendly and very helpful! I first visited the Austin location with my college student then when I saw the sign here in SA I was super excited! And they don't disappoint!! It's truly an awesome shop! “Stopped here based on reviews for places in the area. We were not disappointed. Good selection of sandwiches. My daughter had the Italian Sub. I had the Philly Sub and my husband got the Reuben. Loved the bread on all the sandwiches. I only got pictures of mine and my daughter's sandwiches because my husband ate his so fast. The hot sandwiches were hot and fresh. Lots of meat on all 3 sandwiches especially the Italian. You get a side with your sandwich and we got the pickle and it was so crisp and good. We will definitely be back and want to try some of their grilled cheese sandwiches.“
“Came here on a Saturday afternoon for a late lunch. It's by itself in this new shopping plaza, so parking and the restaurant was pretty empty. Was able to walk right up and place my order.There's 4 categories of the Chicken Salad from Traditional, Savory, Fruity & Nutty, and Spicy. In addition to the Chicken Salad, there's also Pimento Cheese, Salads, Soups, and Sandwiches. Wanted to try different options, so ordered the Trio which allows you to pick 2 different scoops. Overall, tried the Olivia's Old South, Fancy Nancy, Pimento Cheese, and Jalapeno Holly.Each scoop was good and uniquely different. Being they were just scoops, you were able to taste each flavor without being influenced by the bread of a sandwich. I liked them all and came down to personal preference. They came with crackers for a little crunch. The trio was supposed to include a cookie, but they said they ran out, so can't comment on that part of the meal.It was a good, simple, healthy meal that was good and worth another visit to try some of the other flavors.“
“This was my first time eating here and I can't believe it took me so long! Everything was wonderful. I had the tuna sandwich and Asian salad. Then went next door to the bakery and practically got one of everything. Of course, had to sample it all when I got home and it is all amazing. Definitely will be back many more times.“

Mine was free with coupon! 2nd sandwich was a small different sub on wheat, & my free was a small turkey & provolone. She ordered a large drink & I ordered a small; free refills on both.Parking: A good amount of parking for a small strip center, but at 3 PM was mostly crowded.Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp, but crowded parking made it difficult to access. Door was wide enough for rollator or wheelchair, but not automatic, had to open & hold for friend.“
“Nice hot sandwiches and cheesesteaks, high quality meat and cheese. Cookie was pretty good. Employees were very nice and helpful. Water was clean and refreshing. The bread might be polarizing with its flavor, but I liked it.I will say that the cold sandwiches seem overpriced, however the hot sandwiches seem to be just right.“
“I only had an Oreo Shake, however I asked about the sundae and the employee didn't know if the Oreo sundae had fudge sauce.Granted she could have been new.The service was so Slow, I mean no sense of urgency at All. The sad part was they weren't even busy. No one in the lobby or in line but it took 15 minutes to make a shake ??? Go figureNo friendliness either, guess it's not a priority because they aren't trying to give out Great Service!!“
