“I had a really good experience, the young man making my sandwich added a lot of everything I asked and was very kind and understanding when I forgot what some of the items I wanted were called. I've been here 2 times and both times have been amazing. Will be coming again, and I recommend it to anyone who wants a good sandwich.“

“The food is ok at best, my family and I ate there this last weekend as a quick stop. We dined in to ensure the freshness of the food would be hot. What we thought would be a great meal turned out to be something that we were all left wanting something else. None of us finished our meal for many reasons. The juice soaked through the buns so fast that it became a soggy mess that actually would have been better off eating with a fork. I asked for no lettuce or tomatoes on mine and got lettuce and no pickles.The flavor of normal was way off on the fries like the oil had not be changed in a good while. There was an overwhelming smell of burnt food at the counter when ordering that was a bit of a turnoff as well which may have caused the partial loss of appetite. Top all of that off with folks taking your order consistently clearing their throat to the point you could hear the congestion really set things off for us. To make things even better, none of the fountain drinks were working and we were stuck to having the lemonade. But as a side note, the lemonade is likely the best thing at this location!“

“It's located in the food court on the first floor of the mall. The cheese stake sandwich is made fresh and piping hot right in front of you and is very delicious. Two types of chili peppers of your choice. In this day and age, it's so delicious at this price in the heart of downtown! I usually get the chicken philly with extra mayo, ranch, and a little bit of buffalo sauce.?They have options with the fries like: with 1. cheese, 2. cheese n bacon, and 3. cheese, bacon n ranch ←(ultimate fries)I always come for the ultimate fries I'm glad I'm able to see many people enjoy the meals that are brought to the customers. They do offer Uber eats delivery, n door dash.Charleys cheesesteaks (also provides an app that u can download for free. Depending how much u spend you get points added then when those points add up you sometimes get $5 to $10 off.) (sometimes you get a free drink) *make sure you follow the rules though*(( please don't make it to difficult for the cashiers ?))I need to download the app already! I always come here! Delicious! ?My family enjoys the sandwich that are provided n the drinks as well ? I get them the strawberry lemonade and they absolutely love it! I highly recommend this place!

“We stopped here after my outpatient surgery since I was advised to eat soup, and I couldn’t have made a better choice. The French onion soup was absolutely delicious, and the accompanying croissant was just perfect! So tasty! I’m already looking forward to having another bowl the next time I’m in town!“

“I order from here a lot. A good chunk of the time my sandwich is fine but they limited what you can add or customize online.

Today I placed an order for delivery. Since I don't have the option to customize anymore I usually call the store and it isn't a big deal.

The woman who answered initially hung up on me twice before we could get past hellos. The second time she asked me to hang on for about 5 minutes. I agreed and ask that my sandwich not be made in that case since I wanted an ingredient left off that is no longer customizable online via DoorDash. She hung up.

I waited, thinking it was a mistake, and called back to ensure it was made correctly then was told that my sandwich was already made, that it can't be remade even though it's wrong, and that I'll have to cancel the order. Extremely disappointed.

Edit: Called the store when I was able to reorder. The woman on the other end took my order and corrected it. I have now received correct sammich.“

“I am a Stage 4 Kidney Cancer fighter who has lost both kidneys because of my battle. Now I am on dialysis there is not much out there that fits the renal diet. After dialysis I’m starving and have to watch out for phosphorus, potassium, sodium and fluid intake. With some research I found out that Jersey Mike’s Roast Beef is made fresh and low in both sodium and phosphorus. Ask for no cheese, tomatoes, or salt and you have yourself a delicious renal friendly winner. I started craving these subs after my dialysis sessions and the staff started to recognize my wife and I. With big smiles they would greet us at the door “Hi! #6 no cheese, no tomatoes, no salt” and stat making my sandwich before we even got in line. We feel so special there. My wife loves Jersey Mike’s too so she’ll get a #13 here and there. But the service and quality is by the best I’ve ever experienced.“

“First subway I've been to in a good while where they were staffed adequately, the employees didn't look over stimulated or over worked, freaking out like other subways, it was clean, looks like they got a 100 on their inspection, super pleasant surprise on this side of town, they didn't skimp out on me when I asked for black olives, which subway usually does lol, and the service was fast. Probably the best visit I've had to a subway. Thank yall“

The beach club tasted amazing and the veggies were crisp and fresh — my husband loved it even though he’s not much for avacado ?
The firecracker wrap was definitely an eyecatcher to see !! I mean a bright red tortilla is something unique; the red-dye 40 doing its part—— it tasted amazing nonetheless so 10/10 would eat again.

I'm not just saying this because mine wife also works there but she's at the cashier box Not at Subway. sandwiches are actually really good the bread is always soft not hard like the other subways around here. meatball sandwich is really good just ask for it with lights marinara on it with white American cheese toasted really really the lady that works in the mornings and lunch is really nice“

“We called ahead but we had multiple orders so we were told to just walk in. We got there and we were the only ones ordering. Other people were finished eating and left. There was one person behind the counter and the other night person came at 6 pm. Both of the sandwich makers helped to make the sandwiches. We asked for 12, 12 inch sandwiches with certain meats and veggies. Not toasted and dressing on the side. They worked their "magic" and we got what we asked for. Thanks Subway.“
