“The food is ok at best, my family and I ate there this last weekend as a quick stop. We dined in to ensure the freshness of the food would be hot. What we thought would be a great meal turned out to be something that we were all left wanting something else. None of us finished our meal for many reasons. The juice soaked through the buns so fast that it became a soggy mess that actually would have been better off eating with a fork. I asked for no lettuce or tomatoes on mine and got lettuce and no pickles.The flavor of normal was way off on the fries like the oil had not be changed in a good while. There was an overwhelming smell of burnt food at the counter when ordering that was a bit of a turnoff as well which may have caused the partial loss of appetite. Top all of that off with folks taking your order consistently clearing their throat to the point you could hear the congestion really set things off for us. To make things even better, none of the fountain drinks were working and we were stuck to having the lemonade. But as a side note, the lemonade is likely the best thing at this location!“

“I got the Pooh Bear sandwich and it was delicious. I’m already thinking about the next time I can get one. This place is very cozy and homey. The service was incredible . Jeremiah customer service was excellent. He was kind and welcoming. And you could tell he loves what he does. I can not wait to come back and get another Pooh bear. Also the coffee he serves there is spectacular. 10/10“

“I love subway, by far one of the best deli franchises in town. They truly live up to their slogan, “Subway, eat fresh!”

This particular subway is interesting, the store is always clean and they’re always stocked on items. I spend a lot of my work lunches here when I’m in the area, so I pay attention to those things

The atmosphere is nice and cozy, and the customer service is pretty great too!

All the workers are super cool except this one guy in the morning, bald guy with a beard, kind of short; always giving me a MAJOR attitude which in turn sours my mood. I hate when he takes my order, I always try to get the other guy to do it; the other guy is super cool.

Anyways the food is pretty good, and I love their selection of chips and drinks, the teas are always fresh as well as their soups and meatballs.

Personal recommendation of mine is to TOAST YOUR VEGGIES with your sandwich (Spinach, bell peppers, olives, and onions are preferred) it’s a game changer on those sandwiches.

All in all, I like having a sandwich during my lunch breaks here and recommend to anyone. The Subway app also has some cool deals and promos so that’s a huge plus as well, definitely get the app if you haven’t already.

Parking is pretty difficult since it’s a shared public lot so be on the lookout there.

“Love coming to this location/ the guys make the food exactly how u want meaning the proper amount of veggies and everything on the sand which . They switch out their gloves and ARW never eating iver the customers food while preparing orders like the subway on Culver’s does. They are professional . And always kind.“

These two guys were all about customer service ,from making our sandwiches, exactly how we requested to even asking us if we needed to use the restrooms before they were going to be closed for cleaning temporarily. “I've been coming here for years. The banh-mi is my go-to. It's served with a cup of delectable French onion soup and a small pastrie. It has always has been more than enough to eat and the price is more than fair for how restaurants charge these days.
My guests had a bowl of the French onion soup because of how much I raved about it. They'd both been to Paris and they praised both the soup AND the croissant.

“Subway isn't what it used to be but if you are a regular, this location is on point. I got my food quicker than originally predicted in the app when I pre-ordered online. Quantity has gone down over the years, sandwiches are a bit shorter and ingredient portions are smaller than before but still seem quite good. Subway fans will like this location.“

“This is my 3rd time coming to this location. Food is always spot on. However, there was no Ice! When I asked the employees if they had an ice machine in the back, they said it was broken. So… why sell me the drink! I would have got a bottled beverage instead. They both looked at me and continued to do what they were doing. That’s what bothered me the most. So, there I was, just with my cup under the ice dispenser, letting that machine run until it gave me every last ice cube it had left. 5 cubes! I don’t mean to be petty, I just wanted an ice cold beverage.

Other than that, tables are wiped down good! There could be a little spot sweeping done underneath the tables, turn up the music a little, and Please Fix your ice machine lol

I love that they accept foodstamps the beef jerky was bomb.com and there meat was looking so delicious I love that its single packaged cause the meat stays fresh and doesnt look all bloody. “the giant sub cost me almost $18.00. I got a #6. very sad and a rip off the amount of roast beef on it was very chintzy. I don't recommend jersey Mike's because they rip you off. I'm very disappointed ☹️ Update 3/12/22. it's been 5 days since Jersey Mike's reach out to me asking for me to contact them. I did I have not heard anything from them. I wonder why that is ? 🤔 Nothing has been done to correct my poorly made sandwich. I sure hope they were not hoping I would forget. “I am a Stage 4 Kidney Cancer fighter who has lost both kidneys because of my battle. Now I am on dialysis there is not much out there that fits the renal diet. After dialysis I’m starving and have to watch out for phosphorus, potassium, sodium and fluid intake. With some research I found out that Jersey Mike’s Roast Beef is made fresh and low in both sodium and phosphorus. Ask for no cheese, tomatoes, or salt and you have yourself a delicious renal friendly winner. I started craving these subs after my dialysis sessions and the staff started to recognize my wife and I. With big smiles they would greet us at the door “Hi! #6 no cheese, no tomatoes, no salt” and stat making my sandwich before we even got in line. We feel so special there. My wife loves Jersey Mike’s too so she’ll get a #13 here and there. But the service and quality is by the best I’ve ever experienced.“

“I visited Subway tonight (3/24 at 9:18 PM), and I wanted to share some feedback regarding the experience.

There was only one employee working, and he was doing his absolute best to manage everything—taking in-store orders, preparing sandwiches, and handling online orders at the same time. There were about six customers waiting in line, and despite the pressure, he remained professional and continued working as efficiently as possible.

However, it was clear that having only one person running the entire store during that time is not sufficient. This situation not only creates long wait times for customers but also places unnecessary stress on the employee.

I strongly recommend scheduling at least two employees during evening hours to ensure better service and a more manageable workload.

“The food was great but I just wanted to give a big thank you to this location! My car died in front of their store around 10:20, it was late already. Whoever the driver working the closing shift was on 1/30 was so kind and jumped my car. He was super nice, gave me advice on what to do, and was super quick to come out and help me despite it being late. The employees at the front didn’t have cables but made sure to go back and ask the driver for me. I wish I would have got everyone’s names. Sooo kind, and helped me out without any second questions. “I was service by Nick and he has excellent customer and he makes the sandwich look like it should be in commercials. I’ve visited multiple times when he was on shift and each time he is friendly and efficient. He makes me feel like I’m getting my sandwich made at home by a good friend.
