“It never about the sandwich but it's the service! Whoever is managing is doing better was before, it should run for the best place for subway for Texas or make Starbucks nervous from next door. But most of all, the place is clean and fast friendly service. Love the team.“

“We were in the BX shopping today and walked down to the food court to see what the options were. We chose to eat at Charlie's Philly Steaks. It was a good choice too. We had as sandwich and the Ultimate Cheese Fries. The sandwich was really good. We had never eaten there before today. We would definitely come back to this place if we lived in the area. I have to say the guys behind the counter could have paid more attention to what they were doing though I think their talking among each other effect the speed at which we and the last behind us received our food. My steak sandwich was done and in my hand before they even started making the Ultimate Fries. I don't know at happens there when the place is busy.“

Roslyn started the subs, and Michealla finished them with the veggies, sauces and cashed me out. She was very sweet and professional!

I had a great experience at Subway today. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with kindness and great customer service. Kenyetta and Kezya were both very friendly, professional, and made the whole experience enjoyable. They took their time making my sandwich and it came out perfect and fresh. The restaurant was also very clean and organized, which made everything even better. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back again.
