I ordered online and I guess door dash does the pickup, well when the guy got to my house he did not have the gallon of sweet tea or chips, he didn’t seem like he was going to do anything about it. I call the store and let them know that I didn’t get the tea or the chips and explained to them that I would come get it but the reason I ordered online at Schlotzskys was because I am currently undergoing chemo treatment and unable to drive, the Schlotzsky worker then apologized for the inconvenience and delivered the missing items herself! Place was immaculately clean, food was as expected for a Subway, but just the whole experience was really good. You can tell they go their stuff together at this location.
