Check your order before you leave—especially the drive thru! Ordered three sandwiches with items to be left off and all three INCLUDED the items we asked to be omitted. Only the chips were correct.
Inside cashier has no customer skills. Very unfriendly and acts like she doesn't want to be there. It wasn't busy so no reason for her lack of customer service.
Even breakfast at Sonic was short staffed and the guy at the drive through had a great attitude.
I just want to give a huge shout out! I ordered online and I guess door dash does the pickup, well when the guy got to my house he did not have the gallon of sweet tea or chips, he didn’t seem like he was going to do anything about it. I call the store and let them know that I didn’t get the tea or the chips and explained to them that I would come get it but the reason I ordered online at Schlotzskys was because I am currently undergoing chemo treatment and unable to drive,...read full review

Based on the reviews, Schlotzsky's Deli is a place where the staff are absolutely the best, super friendly, and clean. They remember customers when they come in. The restaurant makes a really good flat bread sandwich and pizza, which is usual fare for some. Families like the sandwich offerings. Good service is usual, and it is a pleasant place to relax and enjoy food. Some customers appreciate getting a good salad or sandwich from the drive thru, though the line can back up. However, some experiences were not a 100% service. One cashier was short and did not give a receipt, causing missing points. Another order was botched: a customer asked for no onion and no tomato but got onion, a lot of tomato, and no black olives. The girl at the window was pretty rude and closed the window in the customer's face. Despite this, customers really like the place and hope it doesn't go downhill.
