They made my sandwich wrong, looked confused the entire time. What happened to freaky fresh and fast?? It took 10 minutes to make a country club. Why??They corrected the sandwhich, never making eye contact or apologizing. They didnt REMAKE the sandwich fresh, just took off lettuce and tomato and wrapped it back up. Had I been allergic to the tomatoes or lettuce, it was still touching the meat. Good thing I am not however the acid in the tomatoes hurt me. Staff was lazy and didnt...read full review

Jimmy John's consistently provides great food and excellent customer service. The staff is professional, kind, and patient, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Robbie, the manager, is attentive and customer-focused, making sure that sandwiches are always made well. This location is known for its consistent quality, cleanliness, and service. Although the music selection may not appeal to everyone, it is normally pretty quiet, and there are always open tables if customers choose to eat in. The ingredients are fresh, and customers generally receive their sandwiches shortly after ordering. While there may be occasional issues, such as an ingredient being left on a sandwich that was requested to be removed, the team does their best to make things right. The only downside mentioned is the parking, which requires caution as it shares space with another restaurant's drive-through. Overall, Jimmy John's remains a great choice for a meal, such as the popular #9 sandwich.
