My expectations are set at different levels according to the price and food type. This was quite a bit better than I expected, and it was elevated to a great experience because of the upbeat and pleasant staff. I could definitely recommend swinging by here to grab a snack or family dinner after a busy day and I highly doubt anyone would not be happy with your choice. Hope this helps.

“The sub sandwiches are made to your order. They are quick price friendly. The sub's come in child size, half or full sub. They also offer soup, drinks, chips & cookies The place is always clean to include the restrooms. With the amount of customers that's a very high compliment. Great place to eat!!!“

“After years of going to Home Depot, I've finally got time to stop in at Potbelly Sandwich shop. Broccoli cheese soup tasted the same as Panera Bread and was a lot cheaper for a cup. The skinny sandwich was delicious too, price reasonable. The brownie was creamy and finished off the dinner. I was eyeballing the burnt marshmallow shake, but next time. The decor inside was very nice to see. They had a small book cabinet tucked away to the left as you exited. Enough room inside or small seating are out front.“

“Took advantage of the Monday & Tuesday boneless wing special. The cashier, Travis, was delightful and highly professional! He didn’t make me feel pressured, he was patient, didn’t upsize me on anything but encouraged me to try Hot Honey. I was not disappointed! Paolo (I believe was the manager) was very polite as well!
I love the convenience of the store being at the entrance/exit so you can get your food and not have to shop. This is my 2nd time at this location and I will be back again soon.

Parking: Walmart Parking lot so it depends on the day and time of day.“

Today, 10/8/2024, a corporate or franchise owner group of six, showed up at at noon to have a bunch of specialty hot sandwiches made. While they were back in the kitchen taking video's of the new hot sandwiches being made, they did not realize the normal hangry lunch crew had already arrived! To this corporate team, NEVER do this at noon. Show up at 11:00AM. You will accomplish the same goal and not delay the hangry customers like you did today.

“Quick stop have not been to this restaurant is a few years.Very clean and organized. Good made fast and looks delicious ?Only complaint is someone was smoking in the front of the building where you enter. Had a headset on, worked there.Went back in the building and sat at a table when I entered.Not sure if there are designated areas for smoking...should not be next to the entry.Server behind the counter was so nice and very polite.Food looks delicious thank you.Maybe have a place for smoking...I am not a smoker and have several health issues. Just an observation.

Parking: Handicap spot with a nice blue ramp.

“All I can speak for are the 2 subs that I get the Italian and the Philly cheesesteak. The secret to me with the Philly cheesesteak is get provolone. Cheese. Don't get the American, the staff is friendly. And the food is good. Some people may like Subway, but it's Jersey. Mike's more expensive. Yes, but it's much better quality. And the giant subs are 14 inches, so do the math. In the old saying applies the Jersey. Mike's you get what you paid for and at least with them? I may pay more with their quality and their portions of meat are just so much better. As always I only review the subs that I eat and those are the two that I Have I do wish they had a meatball sub?They used to but for some reason they stop doing it and I wish they would seriously consider bringing it back. So I will make this suggestion to you. Get a Subway sandwich and then get a sub from Jersey Mike's and compare the 2. I'm sure you'll come to the same conclusion. As always I hope this helps“

“The parking lot was a bit rough. There is a small dining area. A group of coworkers and I went in for lunch and staff worked well together to complete week all orders in a timely manner.

Parking: In small strip mall/shopping center.“

“While I would never expect anyone to be happy and cheery at work, both employees seemed to be having a great day and that absolutely made my day in a "faith in humanity restored" kind of way. “I ordered the reuben, my father had the Savannah salad and a cup of potato soup. My father remarked that he liked the soup and he would have it again but he thought it tasted better at Subway. He specifically requested that salad and the dressing because he said it was very tasty. The Reuben was stuffed with corned beef. I enjoyed it. The service was great. The store was fairly clean but it could have been cleaner, especially where the servers were working. I haven't been to McAlister's in a long time. I will definitely be returning to get another type of sandwich.“

This location is really kept up and clean. The older guy working here was really professional and got our order out with little time. I think he was working alone or something. But he did a good job. Will be coming back. This location is better than Thousand Oaks/ John Malsberger location.“

“We were in the BX shopping today and walked down to the food court to see what the options were. We chose to eat at Charlie's Philly Steaks. It was a good choice too. We had as sandwich and the Ultimate Cheese Fries. The sandwich was really good. We had never eaten there before today. We would definitely come back to this place if we lived in the area. I have to say the guys behind the counter could have paid more attention to what they were doing though I think their talking among each other effect the speed at which we and the last behind us received our food. My steak sandwich was done and in my hand before they even started making the Ultimate Fries. I don't know at happens there when the place is busy.“

“Great sandwiches and decent people. Do NOT under any circumstances use DOORDASH. You are better off ordering it online for pick up. It costs 40% less and your food will actually make it to you.I ordered food for delivery and an hour went by with no food delivered. I finally got fed up, ordered the same exact food again (which by the way was a difference of $25.85 not using doordash) drove to the store and picked it up myself.
