“We've been three times now, and the first two times were great. Tonight made us not want to go back for a long while. The women's bathroom was disgusting. We ordered our food and they were out of bread bowls and potatoes. My daughter ordered off the kids menu, and we paid then 10 minutes later an associate came over and said they don't carry what she ordered anymore. So we switched to something else, that cost less, and we had to ask for the refund of the difference later, they didn't offer. We switched to carry out because the AC was broken (not their fault). One of my kids ordered the kid's Mac and cheese and they gave us a tiny side portion as her meal and when I asked the cashier about it she said it was correct. But then I saw a kid with a sandwich and a side of Mac and cheese and his Mac was the same size as her entree portion. I mentioned this and they said oh yah, you're right, and gave us a second one. We left and I realized we didn't get our drinks, we just ordered water so no loss but just irritating. They also didn't give our kids their cookies in this kids meals, which I didn't realize until we got home. My husband broccoli cheese soup was very watery, and my chicken enchilada soup had maybe 2 pieces of nickel size chicken and nothing else but the soup part. Our sandwiches were good and the kids' food was good. The manager was very nice.“

“I had the most wonderful experience from two young employees. I spoke with the GM, Brenda to compliment them both. Apologies as I forgot their names, but the young man had dark hair and is or will be a manager and the young lady had pink in her dark hair( I believe her name was Janelli?). Both of these employees were so respectful, patient and kind, exactly how service should be. It can be hard to find good service when eating out. I also know that working with the public can be very difficult these days. But many thanks to these two wonderful individuals and Brenda! Job well done! I will definitely return!“

Isaac patiently and kindly mentioned the different options available and helped me by reading out all the available meat options that were so small on the menu board. I had no idea what I wanted to eat. He offered suggestions and made me the best sandwich I've ever had at any Subway! Not only that, but while I was there, I was observing how patient, kind and helpful he was with every single customer....it didn't matter how busy it was. Great food and AMAZING customer service!!“

“This location has the best consumer service out of any Subway in San Antonio. Andrea and Lazarus the managers will address and silve any problem you may have. I had an issue with the subway app twice and not only did they listen to me they made it right both times. This location is also clean abd really makes you feel appreciated when you come in and eat at the restaurant.“

Love that the meat is sliced fresh for each sandwich and they keep it simple with just the basic veggie toppings. The Mike's way makes the sandwich great. Appreciate that they take extra time to mark which sandwich is which when there is more than one order. And that they wrap the food well. We are getting sandwiches at least once a week and food is consistently good. Facility is always clean.“

“Came in for lunch with my daughter and we will be back! The lovely young lady who has a lip piercing was so polite. She was very attentive and gave good recommendations for sandwiches we should have. She was very patient with my daughter who was having trouble deciding what she wanted to eat. While she was making our food, we made small talk which I enjoyed. Seems like nobody wants to communicate anymore at other fast food places these days. Even while there were people ordering and waiting for what I’m assuming was website orders, they have employees wiping down tables for anyone who decides to dine in such as myself. My only complaint is that the drink area could be a little bit less sticky. To end this with a high note the employees all seem to have a tight bond with each other. Everyone laughs with each other while working but also communicate well to keep the restaurant running smoothly. I will definitely not have to think twice about coming here with the rest of my family. 👍“

“I just left the ER and needed some food. Didnt have good news. But the vibe that Chris and Adalita had when serving me telling me about special deals when i couldn’t decide between tuna or a belt. And when i got cookies generously heating them up for me upon request. I felt the aftercare i needed from a subway inside walmart. I think everyone can have a different experience with different employees but those who do good should be recognized when they do. “We were in the BX shopping today and walked down to the food court to see what the options were. We chose to eat at Charlie's Philly Steaks. It was a good choice too. We had as sandwich and the Ultimate Cheese Fries. The sandwich was really good. We had never eaten there before today. We would definitely come back to this place if we lived in the area. I have to say the guys behind the counter could have paid more attention to what they were doing though I think their talking among each other effect the speed at which we and the last behind us received our food. My steak sandwich was done and in my hand before they even started making the Ultimate Fries. I don't know at happens there when the place is busy.“
