“Food is good and the employees are courteous & efficient. But their online ordering and account support is basically non-existent. The online ordering said my order would be ready between 10:05 am-10:10 am. When i got there the employee says he just got it and it said 10:30. I was on a time crunch so I asked hot I could cancel the order. He said online. I went online and their system is not user-friendly at all. I tried calling their customer service number listed in Google but when called I received recording that it is bot assigned to anyone. I asked the employee to please make it after ask since I am not able to cancel. Luckily he was very efficient. I tried very hard not to be short with him since it was not his fault, considering how angry I was. I tried to put in a complaint abt the online ordering system on the subway website which was a joke.“

“We've been three times now, and the first two times were great. Tonight made us not want to go back for a long while. The women's bathroom was disgusting. We ordered our food and they were out of bread bowls and potatoes. My daughter ordered off the kids menu, and we paid then 10 minutes later an associate came over and said they don't carry what she ordered anymore. So we switched to something else, that cost less, and we had to ask for the refund of the difference later, they didn't offer. We switched to carry out because the AC was broken (not their fault). One of my kids ordered the kid's Mac and cheese and they gave us a tiny side portion as her meal and when I asked the cashier about it she said it was correct. But then I saw a kid with a sandwich and a side of Mac and cheese and his Mac was the same size as her entree portion. I mentioned this and they said oh yah, you're right, and gave us a second one. We left and I realized we didn't get our drinks, we just ordered water so no loss but just irritating. They also didn't give our kids their cookies in this kids meals, which I didn't realize until we got home. My husband broccoli cheese soup was very watery, and my chicken enchilada soup had maybe 2 pieces of nickel size chicken and nothing else but the soup part. Our sandwiches were good and the kids' food was good. The manager was very nice.“

“I've been here a few times, the girl with the brown hair and the subway bandana is always nice, lol there was a confusion about my online order and why it wasn't going through for them but it definitely changed me, showed the manager that was and old lady but she was cool, but I don't think she understood what I was trying to explain to her but again I wish I got her name bandana girl was nice and she was trying to figure it all out, but the manager just let me have it in the end. They were pretty cool about it. 😊“

“My family and I have enjoyed Potbelly's as a franchise since 2019 but the Live Oak location is exceptional. We love the service we get when Dave is on the Sandwich line and appreciate the attentiveness he alway serves us with. We typically go after church on Sunday's and he is always so kind. The food is great and the modifications he suggest for meals always hit the spot. If you like Firehouse sandwiches or just want kindness in your day, this is a great place to give your business.“

“I had the most wonderful experience from two young employees. I spoke with the GM, Brenda to compliment them both. Apologies as I forgot their names, but the young man had dark hair and is or will be a manager and the young lady had pink in her dark hair( I believe her name was Janelli?). Both of these employees were so respectful, patient and kind, exactly how service should be. It can be hard to find good service when eating out. I also know that working with the public can be very difficult these days. But many thanks to these two wonderful individuals and Brenda! Job well done! I will definitely return!“

“I love my local Jersey Mikes but this one just made me a regular. The employees working at this location not only make a great sub, but had excellent hospitality skills and we’re so incredibly kind. I was in and out in five minutes, but they definitely made an impact!“

“Manager, Josh (?), always upbeat & cheerful. Great smile. The other employees seem to mirror his attitude. Love that the meat is sliced fresh for each sandwich and they keep it simple with just the basic veggie toppings. The Mike's way makes the sandwich great. Appreciate that they take extra time to mark which sandwich is which when there is more than one order. And that they wrap the food well. We are getting sandwiches at least once a week and food is consistently good. Facility is always clean.“

“Came in for lunch with my daughter and we will be back! The lovely young lady who has a lip piercing was so polite. She was very attentive and gave good recommendations for sandwiches we should have. She was very patient with my daughter who was having trouble deciding what she wanted to eat. While she was making our food, we made small talk which I enjoyed. Seems like nobody wants to communicate anymore at other fast food places these days. Even while there were people ordering and waiting for what I’m assuming was website orders, they have employees wiping down tables for anyone who decides to dine in such as myself. My only complaint is that the drink area could be a little bit less sticky. To end this with a high note the employees all seem to have a tight bond with each other. Everyone laughs with each other while working but also communicate well to keep the restaurant running smoothly. I will definitely not have to think twice about coming here with the rest of my family. 👍“

And when i got cookies generously heating them up for me upon request. I felt the aftercare i needed from a subway inside walmart. I think everyone can have a different experience with different employees but those who do good should be recognized when they do. “We were in the BX shopping today and walked down to the food court to see what the options were. We chose to eat at Charlie's Philly Steaks. It was a good choice too. We had as sandwich and the Ultimate Cheese Fries. The sandwich was really good. We had never eaten there before today. We would definitely come back to this place if we lived in the area. I have to say the guys behind the counter could have paid more attention to what they were doing though I think their talking among each other effect the speed at which we and the last behind us received our food. My steak sandwich was done and in my hand before they even started making the Ultimate Fries. I don't know at happens there when the place is busy.“
