Going through the drive-thru just blew my whole lunch break. They have me waiting out here for so long that I had time to leave this review in the 10 minutes I'm waiting here lol But they take your payment first, so you don't want to leave. You got me this time Schlotzskys.
I ordered using the drive-thru. Very disappointed to get home and find the wrong order. If I ever return I will be sure to check my order before leaving.
I ordered a Cobb salad with ranch dressing and a side of vinaigrette. When I got my salad, I had bad salad in there.I had asked for them to remake it.The manager , I assume is the one that is attended to me she didn't make it when I got the salad. It just wasn't a good salad I.Usually get their strawberry and or a sandwich but I was extremely hungry.I ate whatever little I could handle and through the rest in the trash not wanting to complain again.I just left
