I really enjoy Goodfire as their portions are good and full of flavor, for the most part. I chose the brisket and sausage sandwich with a side of mustard potato salad. First, the potato salad was great! Second, the sandwich could have been better had the sausage meat had a little more flavor. The brisket was good and had a nice smoke flavor to it. Without a doubt one of the best BBQ places in the NE of town. Only negative thing i have to say is the service needs serious training or replacing. Used to buy food here at least twice a week. Tried ordering to go through the phone like i normally did. Woman on the phone ignored my order and simply said "Oh you can come order here" and stated they no longer did phone orders. OMG great Bar-b-que! The sausage is awesome, the ribs wonderful and brisket is oh so tender. Like the sauce cause it's not sweet. Too bad you cannot tell Goodfire is still there cause Taco Cabana took over the building.
