Best barbecue restaurant I’ve ever visited in San Antonio, and maybe the best place I’ve ever tried anywhere! Exceptional quality and fantastic prices. Super delicious.

I really enjoy Goodfire as their portions are good and full of flavor, for the most part. I chose the brisket and sausage sandwich with a side of mustard potato salad. First, the potato salad was great! Second, the sandwich could have been better had the sausage meat had a little more flavor. The brisket was good and had a nice smoke flavor to it. It would have been a nice nice addition if there were onions and pickles included. Otherwise, pretty decent visit to Goodfire and I say that because the staff is fast and friendly.

Ordered the full size brisket nachos & jack and coke margarita. Brisket was very good. Also my wife ordered the full size brisket quesadillas. It was all very good.

Without a doubt one of the best BBQ places in the NE of town. Only negative thing i have to say is the service needs serious training or replacing. Used to buy food here at least twice a week. Tried ordering to go through the phone like i normally did. Woman on the phone ignored my order and simply said "Oh you can come order here" and stated they no longer did phone orders. She was very rude. Most ridiculous thing ive ever heard. Its trashy service like that that can break a business. Other than that wouldve given 5 stars. Hopefully i get to try it again soon.
OMG great Bar-b-que! The sausage is awesome, the ribs wonderful and brisket is oh so tender. Like the sauce cause it's not sweet. Too bad you cannot tell Goodfire is still there cause Taco Cabana took over the building.

Went thru the drive thru (lane 2) with a large order. The person taking the order seemed perturbed because of that. Once ordered, she directed me to pull up to the window. She kept repeating herself "you are the one with the "LARGE" order". Yes..that's me. Finally, we received our drinks then sat there longer. Finally, we were asked to move to the side so other cars could get out. Finally got our food, got back to the office and 3 orders were wrong. Not even close. I will not return to Goodfire BBQ. People were rude and food was wrong.

Thought I'd give them another try since the drive thru is still open. My brisket sandwich was 98% hard fat. It all went in the trash, couldn't return it since I had to be back at work, never again will I waste another cent here.
