Hard to find good places anymore. The owner really cares about the quality and flavor of his food. I get the Birria Torta and its borderline addictive. Prices are fair and there is no skimping on portions. I've been a few times now and there is consistency in quality and flavor. If you are hungry and in the area, skip the terrible fast food joints and just go to Leo's.
The food is always so delicious cooked fresh and always to your liking. He always has a wonderful attitude and puts a smile on peoples face by putting food in their stomach and it being absolutely amazing.
