Since merging with Austin Eatery, the quality has gone down considerably, while prices keep going up ^^^^^.Again, the food isn't bad, it's just not as good as it used to be. $10 for a 10" pizza ? when you can get a LARGE pepperoni pizza from Little Caesars for $7.99 is outrageous. And LC tastes better!

Will not come here again. Doors locked up during business hours and staff refused to answer the door, literally saw me and walked away. This is not uncommon for this store. It's one of the worst Schlotzsky's in the area for service and staff attitude. They must hire bottom of the job pool here...

Drive thru looks weird, but the food and service are A-1. Staff is polite and accommodating. I got the number 10 with Cesar salad instead of chips, an absolute perfect combo with a sweet tea. Might be weekly to go spot

The sandwich I ordered hardly had any mayonnaise and only one small piece of bacon. Don't waste your time here. This place will close down soon. especially the Cinnabon looks very dry. I asked him for a little extra sauce and they said we have to charge you extra. We're only allowed to put a little bit on top. I bought it anyways got home and ate it. It was so dry do not go there and get any food there don't waste your time and it's expensive already and they want to charge extra for a little bit of sauce

Quick stop have not been to this restaurant is a few years.Very clean and organized. Good made fast and looks delicious ?Only complaint is someone was smoking in the front of the building where you enter. Had a headset on, worked there.Went back in the building and sat at a table when I entered.Not sure if there are designated areas for smoking...should not be next to the entry.Server behind the counter was so nice and very polite.Food looks delicious thank you.Maybe have a place for smoking...I am not a smoker and have several health issues. Just an observation.Parking: Handicap spot with a nice blue ramp.Wheelchair accessibility: Would be able to push a wheel chair up the ramp, easy access inside the restaurant

I WAS TODAY OLD WHEN I FOUND OUT ALL SCHLOTZSKYS HAVE A CINNABON. THE WONDERFUL MANAGER JOSE, SUCH A COOL GUY BTW, HAD INFORMED ME THEY HAVE BEEN SELLING CINNABON FOR 12 YEARS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR A SUPER GREAT ATMOSPHERE AND COOL EMPLOYEES. ALSO THE PRICE IS SUPER AFFORDABLE.
