“Kindling Texas Kitchen is definitely worth a visit. The food was excellent, and everything we ordered was fresh and full of flavor. I stopped in later in the day, so quite a few menu items were already sold out, which tells me they're popular and making food fresh. The service was friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. The atmosphere was relaxed, comfortable, and a great fit for downtown Cibolo. I'll be back a little earlier next time so I can try more of the menu. Overall, a great local restaurant that I'd happily recommend.”

“They don't serve food but there a fried chicken truck which I think is overly priced. Atmosphere is great and so are the drinks. Nice to hang outside with a fire pit and listen to the bands. There's a pizzeria next door which smells like my Jersey pizza. I'm pretty sure you can bring that in to eat”

Lis and Jayme are super knowledgeable when it comes to wine and only bringing the best stuff in . “We love parry’s in Cibolo ! Christian was our waiter this time around and he was absolutely fantastic. He was still new and for being a busy Friday night the service he provided was amazing. He even made it a point to ask if we preferred our child’s lemonade watered down a bit which as a parent.. having that suggested was wonderful. The bar was behind a bit but he made sure to up date us throughout our dinner without being too over bearing. Will absolutely return.”

“Had a very tasty lunch today with my family. We ordered a 30 piece and tried 6 different sauces. They were all so good. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Friendly staff, clean restaurant and the food came out quick. Highly recommend.”

“This MOD pizza is definitely one of the best. Once you walk in you feel welcomed. It's very clean, friendly staff and great tasting pizza. The manager does an excellent job. I don't mind driving from I35 to this MOD versus the Forum because there is no comparison to the two. Cibolo spotless versus Forum filthy. Thank you Cibolo MOD you guys rock!”

“My favorite dish is shrimp egg Foo young in magic china cooks it better than anybody else. My second favorite favorite dish there is the sesame chicken but I like mine with pineapple. Price is $9.95, But if the price quote over the phone was given correctly and now it becomes a $16 dish which I find ludicrous. I wonder if Jackie the owner knows about this.”

“I am completely delighted by the cup of coffee I got. I ordered the caramel cream cold brew, and it is genuinely one of the best coffees I have gotten from a drive thru store like this. Anytime I say “I want coffee” I am talking about this specific flavor. AMAZING!!”

“So, while I do want to recommend Erick’s I also want to give a warning. Let’s start with the good… the food is really good. I have had a hard time finding decent Mexican food in the area and this place hits all the marks for me. Chips and salsa is great, food is on point, the place is clean and the people are nice. It’s a fast casual place that hasn’t quite figured out yet… the staff is very nice and I feel like they are trying hard but both times we have been it’s been very slow. Like family of 4 nearly 45 min just to receive our food. Both times we have had to teach someone down to ask for chips and salsa. 1st visit we received our appetizer (corn in a cup) before we even got back to the table with the water and the second time we didn’t receive the appetizer (corn in the cup again, it is seriously good) until after we were finished with our dinner and had to ask twice. Again the food is good and I am going to give it another chance because of that but I’m going in knowing that if I don’t leave frustrated it will be a first….”

“The NY style pizza is great! My wife and I have been eating it once a week since they came out. Please make it a permanent menu item. Once again. The NY style pizza is the bomb. They got it right at a chain restaurant. 🙂”
