“I was looking for a coffee place where I could get a gallon or two to take to a meeting. I was certainly referred to the right place when I was sent to Betty Lou Coffee! It was so delicious and everyone commented and wanted to know where I bought it. You can bet this is going to be a monthly stop when I go meet our group. I received great customer service and they also furnished the cups and other condiments. The young woman who waited on me made me feel like the only customer of the day. Betty Lou Coffee Company is located on Landa Street close to Das Rec and I plan to go by and pick up a cup whenever I am in that area of NB.“

“We went on a long walk and stopped for a treat here the last couple of days. This is our new go to on our walk. We tried the BBL, The mean girl, golden girl and their signature one. It was all phenomenal. I got the pink cold foam everytime it is such a cute touch. They have two windows you can order from-we just walked up and sat at the pink picnic table. The lattes came out quick and they all had great flavor and silky consistency! Great customer service! I will be coming back and recommending this one!!“

“My last two visits to The Human Bean have been pretty terrible experiences and I’ve reached out twice trying to speak with someone about it and haven’t heard back, other than from someone that said my message forwarded to the right people. The last visit was so bad I had to throw my drink away. Other than those two visits and the lack of customer support, other experiences have been perfect. We’ll be taking a small break for now from The Human Bean though and won’t be giving a specific location a third chance.“

“I love on the grind so much more than Starbucks. They have a good selection of coffee, comes hot, cold and blended. They even offer a stamp card and after you buy 10 coffees you get one free. They dont even scam you by making the free coffee something nobody wants like a small black. I just redeemed my free drink today and got a large iced chocolate Carmel coffee. Their drinks dont taste as sugary as Starbucks, which I like, but they are still quite sweet. Ive gone here for a few years now and never have they gotten my order wrong, everyone is always very happy and even if the line looks long still go! They do the same thing chick fil a does and will get your order on an iPad and get you out with your drink fast. I love this place. They are dog friendly too and my dogs love coming to get a pup cup. What is not to like?“

Last time I didn't like what I got so I wanted a recommendation on what her favorite drink was. She told me it was an Eclipse drink but she was also asking me what was the vibe I was going for and what i wanted to drink and I told her just something light and refreshing and she told me that I will love the new Supernova Lemonade drink. She went to make it and what not and when I got it, it was so good and exactly what I wanted. I will be coming back for her and that drink again!!!“

I ended up ordering the Mexi Mocha, and let me tell you… it did NOT disappoint. It has Abuelita’s chocolate in it, which gives it that rich, nostalgic, slightly spiced chocolate flavor. It was smooth, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet.
