My last two visits to The Human Bean have been pretty terrible experiences and I’ve reached out twice trying to speak with someone about it and haven’t heard back, other than from someone that said my message forwarded to the right people. The last visit was so bad I had to throw my drink away. Other than those two visits and the lack of customer support, other experiences have been perfect. I went to The Human Bean for the first time today, and Megan and Amber were SO incredibly sweet and welcoming! Megan helped me figure out what drink would be best based on what I like and gave me several great suggestions… and let me tell you, the drink was DELICIOUS!! I went with the iced Mexi and added toasted marshmallow cold foam on top. She even gave me a keychain, stickers, and a menu to take home since it was my first visit, which was so thoughtful! 🥹
