I rarely go to McDonalds and when I do, I know to keep my expectations low, but...While I do feel fast food workers deserve higher pay, experiences like this are what give people ammo to argue against it.The guy takes our order, we go up to the second window and pick up our food. This morning had user issues with app. I thought I had place Drive thur order, but it was pickup at counter.Then I did not pick the meals, so I had to order drinks separately they said it would be right up. Here's where the low score comes in.....waited over 3 minutes for my Frapple and coffee. No one says a thing to until they are about to hand it to me.

Stopped by here on the way back to work from a medical appointment. Ordered my favorite meal--quarter pounder with cheese. It was okay, but was surprised at how lacking in taste it was, and it seemed overcooked. Just didn't seem like it was up to par and a little tough. Probably should have asked for a re-do, but didn't have time. Service was fine, and restaurant was clean.
