The restaurant is located in a super convenient location inside the main basic exchange complex, next-door to a gas station. Generally, the staff are always friendly and polite. One customer orders a Venti vanilla latte with four pumps instead of five, made without milk. A staff member provided excellent customer service when a customer’s son, who has autism, was having a hard time. The employee was attentive, got the order in fast, and said the customer did not have to apologize. This kindness keeps customers coming in.
