“Guys, I come from the "chow hall" days. This DFAC isn't that. The AF has put some focus on food and dinning, While there isn't a lot of weekly variety, the food they serve is quite good. I'm a three times a week customer here.”

“This was our first time coming here and I have to say we will be back! The food was great we had the pulled pork and the Kilauea chicken. Both were very flavorful the chicken had a great amount of spice and the macaronis salad was refreshing! Layia was super sweet she brought us our food and recommended the teriyaki and pineapple bbq sauce which were both very tasty. If you are looking for a great spot to have lunch check this place out.”

“(05/30/25) Eight of us met for dinner at the Pazzo Pastaria and were immediately greeted and seated by the very pleasant co-owner, Ginny. The ambiance is simple, cozy and (thank you), not noisy. The wait staff is excellent (shout out to Katie!); the menu is well organized and offers several out-of-the-ordinary Italian dishes. Don't fill up on the tasty breads and olive oil dip, because the food is delicious and the portions are generous. For a weekend meal, consider making reservations because the restaurant fills quickly. We were pleased with our dinner selections and no one left hungry! The overall experience was so good, we agreed the Pazzo Pastaria would be our new favorite restaurant. PS. I did not get the name of the young gentleman working that morning but he was so helpful and patient and helped me decide on my order. While the smells from the kitchen were good, the patty was a frozen, charbroiled patty and didn't taste fresh at all. Will go back but will probably avoid any of the burgers.”

“The good: Brisket and ribs were very tender potatoe salad was good green beans were good The Bad: No inside seating, both brisket and ribs were a little dry and could of used a little more seasoning. food might of been kept warm for a bit, the reason maybe why it was a little dry.”
