While I can't sit here and say it's the absolute best Italian I've had, it was so good and attention to detail was excellent that it deserves a 5 star. The place is small, but I enjoyed the fact it was quiet due to that and felt very relaxing to sit back and enjoy a good meal. The noodles were well made and there was excellent flavor in each dish. Best Italian food I've ever had!! Chicken Parmesan was juicy and tender. The spaghetti aglio e olio was amazing. My husband had the fettuccine alfredo with chicken and mushrooms. He said it was delicious. Flour less chocolate cake and polento churros are totally recommended.

We went to Pazzos a couple of weeks ago and it's still on my mind. We do not live in San Antonio, but we will be stopping here every visit. It was delicious. We opted for the lasagna small portion as an appetizer, I would order that as my entree next time. Everything was so good. The staff was absolutely amazing. Best Italian food we've ever had.
