Kindling Texas Kitchen is definitely worth a visit. The food was excellent, and everything we ordered was fresh and full of flavor. I stopped in later in the day, so quite a few menu items were already sold out, which tells me they're popular and making food fresh. Stephanie was friendly and makes a fantastic old fashioned. The filet mignon cooked exactly the way it should be.
