Burger King on Randolph AFB has a worker named Tony. he is the absolute best at his job. I always get exemplary service from him. Always friendly. upbeat, and gets my order perfect each time. My dog also loves him. You couldn't ask for a better worker.

Food is okay; waited 20 minutes for a small double cheese burger meal. A lot of folks waiting for their food.
I decided to grab a burger and fries for lunch today and didn't realize it would become an ordeal. At 11:26 I ordered a Whopper Jr and french fries. I stood there until 11:50 without so much as an acknowledgment or apology for how long I had to wait.
They did not appear to be short-staffed, it just seems their processes are slow. And when the orders get that backed up, stop taking new ones.
