“My last two visits to The Human Bean have been pretty terrible experiences and I’ve reached out twice trying to speak with someone about it and haven’t heard back, other than from someone that said my message forwarded to the right people. The last visit was so bad I had to throw my drink away. Other than those two visits and the lack of customer support, other experiences have been perfect. “I love on the grind so much more than Starbucks. They have a good selection of coffee, comes hot, cold and blended. They even offer a stamp card and after you buy 10 coffees you get one free. They dont even scam you by making the free coffee something nobody wants like a small black. I just redeemed my free drink today and got a large iced chocolate Carmel coffee. Their drinks dont taste as sugary as Starbucks, which I like, but they are still quite sweet. Ive gone here for a few years now and never have they gotten my order wrong, everyone is always very happy and even if the line looks long still go! They do the same thing chick fil a does and will get your order on an iPad and get you out with your drink fast. I love this place. They are dog friendly too and my dogs love coming to get a pup cup. “After trying all the Korean restaurants throughout San Antonio, I feel that the taste from the dishes at this restaurant reminds me of my mother's cooking. This lady working by herself may be frowned on by some but one can't help but to admire how hard she works. I would work here for free“

My mom and I were in town from Fort Worth and were in desperate need of some coffee, and this was the closest place.
We ordered the lucky clover breve and the vanilla salted caramel latte and kolaches.

I haven't had a breve as good as this one, it was unexpectedly decadent. I wish the kolaches were a bit bigger, but only because A. We were hungry and B. They were so good I wanted to fill my tummy smh

The gentleman that was at the window on the morning of August 4th, super friendly, welcoming and informative.

“I mostly didn't like Dutch Bros but when I went to the one on O'Connor Rd, I asked a very nice lady name Alina what should I get. Last time I didn't like what I got so I wanted a recommendation on what her favorite drink was. She told me it was an Eclipse drink but she was also asking me what was the vibe I was going for and what i wanted to drink and I told her just something light and refreshing and she told me that I will love the new Supernova Lemonade drink. She went to make it and what not and when I got it, it was so good and exactly what I wanted. I will be coming back for her and that drink again!!!“

“Stopped by Java Jo’z at Rolling Oaks Mall and had such a great experience! The service was amazing — super friendly and they gave me some really good suggestions when I told them I was craving an iced coffee.

I ended up ordering the Mexi Mocha, and let me tell you… it did NOT disappoint. It has Abuelita’s chocolate in it, which gives it that rich, nostalgic, slightly spiced chocolate flavor. It was smooth, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet.

Definitely a 9/10 for me! Great vibes, great service, and a drink I’d absolutely order again. If you’re at Rolling Oaks and need a coffee break — this is your spot. ☕🤎“

I used to order the kolaches, but they would be cold inside even after double hot instructions, so I went with the breakfast burritos instead. Great food, would eat and drink here any time. This is the best breakfast of my life. The sausage egg and cheese donut sandwich? Perfection. The brisket breakfast taco? I would sell my firstborn for another.
