First time at the Blockhouse. We visited for breakfast on the way to Stockdale, TX, with family (4 adults, 2 kids). Food was very good. What made the meal so nice for us was the spacious outside area with kid-friendly tables and games, and lawn chairs/porch swing. You order inside at the counter, get a number, and especially friendly servers bring out your meal. All in all a great experience.
The Blockhouse is one of our favorites! We don’t get to go as often as we’d like, but always love it when we do! Love the specials they always have! The atmosphere is great and customer service is top notch!

This place will become my new monthly spot with friends. I have friends that come back and forth from SA - Houston. This spot had so much space and so many yummy options. The staff was so sweet and helpful! They constantly checked on us and ensured we had everything we needed. Can't wait to come visit again!
