The staff here went out of their way for me and were so so patient. I really appreciate all of them. I hope their meals will forever be happy. ❤

McDonald's is a popular fast-food restaurant that offers a variety of meals. Many customers enjoy the quick service and the fun Pokémon promotions, which make meals more exciting. Some have experienced positive moments, such as receiving Pokémon cards with Happy Meals and getting their food even after accidentally paying twice, thanks to helpful employees. However, others have faced issues like long wait times, receiving cold food, and poor service at the drive-thru, where employees sometimes do not greet customers. During construction, customers are directed to use the kiosk, but the staff often appear inexperienced and lack clear direction. Additionally, there have been complaints about paying for items that are usually included, like ice. Despite these problems, the restaurant's food is generally considered okay, and many customers continue to visit for a quick meal.
