Employees they higher don't want to be there to work. So as a customer I will not go there. Not the first time this was noticed, but will be the last time I have seen it there. Poor Management works it way down to poor service.

Over 20 minutes to make one GrubHub order all while the drive through never stopped. These are your customers as well you should really stop discriminating against delivery drivers it's getting really old and I don't even think what your doing is legal. Any lawyers reading this that think the same please feel free to get in touch with me l. I can get you 1000'a of delivery drivers who needless have to wait because almost all McDonald's do this to ever delivery driver in every delivery app.

Went through the drive through and the service was horrible. My food was cold after sitting behind this suv who was at the window for damn near 15 minutes. Then a black woman kept staring at me like I had egg on my face. After I told them my fries were cold and I wanted fresh fries the young man came back to the window and asked me if there was a problem. Yeah there's a problem my food was cold and I need you give me fresh hot food not some food that's been sitting under the warmer for 15 minutes pretending to be hot when it's not.

The manager Esther behaved very rude and despotic, she does not know how to provide service, and she also makes fun of her attitude towards customers along with her employees.
It says It's open till 4, but it's actually closed by 10 o'clock. Also, customer services rude and they could never get the order right if I could put 0 stars I would.

I wouldn't even give it a 1 star but that's the only way to put a review. If you want to just camp out this is the place otherwise it always takes forever to get your order and then they get you your food cold and no fixings. Have to ask for everything. A very so place to go and pickup fast food. I've gone several times thinking maybe it was just the time of day but one it's always slow. I'm going to have to drive further away to find better service. This is just poor management your not helping this community at all.
