Good food :) good customer service too !
Dine in at High Point NC. 1st time. Watched 2 employees look at me at the order counter and said or did nothing, then finally someone took my order. Nice young man and he brought the food to me. But, the tea tastes like cleaner, burger was tasteless and fries taste stale. Never going back..
Used the drive thru in Tucson as, and got raw chicken sandwiches, when we complained and asked for a refund they said no and didn’t correct the order. Escalated it to corporate offfice with no response , so we reported it to the local health department

Whataburger is a fast and consistent restaurant that cooks well. The staff, including trainee Julian, provide superb customer service, double-checking orders for accuracy. However, some locations may have issues with food quality, such as cold biscuits and burnt hash browns, along with a lack of caring employees. Recently, a customer noted that the app for ordering was difficult to use, requiring in-person discussions for customized orders. Inside, some employees appeared lax, and management seemed absent, leading to long wait times. Despite this, another customer praised a mobile order experience, highlighting the speed and accuracy of their curbside pickup. Unfortunately, there were reports of poor experiences as well, with burgers being poorly assembled and messy. At least the front end of the restaurant is clean, but there are concerns about management's attention to detail during early hours.
