Hate when I have to plead that I want my fries FRESH and HOT. Employee up front did go to back to let them know. Well, no hot fries, before I left ibsaw TWO managers up front and decided to tell them in front of employee I had asked for one specific thing, employee said, yes sir, hot fries, told all three I did not receive this request, employee apologized yet TWO managers stood there as if they did not understand the English language. What kind of talent is this that is in charge. Not one of them even offered a hot order of fries less an apology. Pathetic at best. May 4th 745am

One of the worse Whataburgers on this side of town. Something is always missing from my order and this past weekend was the worst it's ever been. Missing 2 sets of chicken strips for kids meals, came with two empty containers, missing gravy with the strips, missing a Large Sprite, and missing a patty on a double whataburger jr. It all starts with management on how a store is run and runs down to the workers. This is a poorly managed and inefficient store that needs change.

The worst Whataburger I’ve been through, they always disappoint.-They take forever on taking your order, (no matter what time of the day)-Every single time, they don’t know what my order is at the 2nd window OR they forget about parking a customer, who’s still waiting on food. They always forget items. You can really tell no one wants to work there.

Out of all the Whataburgers that I went to, this one is pretty consistent, I get the combo #2 with everything, and it is always nice and hot when i get it. Fries are nice and crispy. Everything feels cooked to order. Nice job!!

A good fast food restaurant to have any meal of the day, like the other restaurants of this fast food restaurant chain, the flavor of most of the dishes they offer are very good here. I really liked the attention of the staff. works there a little annoying is the time you have to wait to be served but in general I really like these restaurants of this chain, it is recommended to visit themParking: Good location only if with little space but goodKid-friendliness: It is a very familiar environment and place, recommended to visit with the whole family.

This is the 3rd time, at this location, that we ordered meals for our family, and 3 of the 4 meals were wrong. 2 of the 4 drinks were wrong as well. We love Whataburger, but this location keeps messing up the orders, consistently! It's pretty sad how this happens repeatedly, and at the same location. Come on Whataburger, let's get this right! How can they mess up the easiest order ever?! Next stop...corporate. Signed, a disappointed Whataburger fan.

Just go to McDonald's. Whataburger has fallen significantly since it was bought by Chicago big wigs.

I pulled up to the drive through, I was the only one there. I waited 5 minutes until someone answered. I said hello several times… I should have took this as a sign to leave, but I didn’t. I ordered a #1 with a Sprite and 4 regular chocolate shakes. The employee taking my order said , you want What? I repeated the order, he said Hold On! That’s all I’ve been since I arrived. Finally he gave me my total and I pulled around. I got to the first window which said “pay here” so I waited no one came to the window so I pulled ahead. I sat in my car at the second window where I saw a bag which I assumed was my #1. I watched the employee bring 2 large milkshakes and set them by my order. After 8 minutes at the window she tells me to pull up to the white line, I did. Never did anyone let me know why. Finally after 10 more minutes of waiting my order was brought to me. I asked her was that my order on the counter, she said yes, I said it’s been sitting there for 30 minutes and it’s going to be cold. She replied do you want me to get you new onion rings? I should have said no and left, but after paying 30 dollars and waiting almost 45 minutes for my my order .. why not! She returned and 5 minutes later my cold burger and hot onion rings were brought to me! This was the WORST SERVICE, FOOD, and SHAKE!! Do not walk….RUN AWAY AND NEVER GO TO THIS WHATABURGER!!! Do better MAN!!

Update: Two amazing representatives at this Whataburger are Diego and Michelle. Aside from the amazing job they do in drive through, they have awesome attitudes and always make us feel appreciated. My daughter definitely has some special needs and walks all over, stressing us out. The other day, Michelle told me she comes in a lot and they don’t mind her at Whataburger at all. It means a lot to hear compassion for someone with special needs. Thanks to these two for doing a great job! They both deserve recognition for all they do!My special needs daughter sometimes walks all over town. Today she called me from Whataburger saying she hurt her ankle. It was 103 degrees outside. I met her there, and she wanted to get food so she was helped by a young man named AJ at the counter. He was very helpful to her and seemed to understand that she has struggles and needs extra help with just about everything. I think she called on his phone. Unfortunately, she was not is the best mood, so she was short with him, but he was still very kind, patient, and helpful. I spoke to him later, and told him a little bit about her situation. He was very empathetic, and said he understood. I apologized for her crappy attitude, but he said not to worry about it. I offered him a couple of extra dollars for all he did, but he refused the money and thanked me for being a great dad. The way your employees treat special needs people says a lot about them, and about your corporate ethics. I commend AJ for his maturity, kind heart, and exceptional attitude and wish him all success in the future.
