I was really pleased with the Boba teas I have gotten in the past, but was disappointed with the service I received today. I clearly told the girl taking my order that I wanted Ube Coffee. Then when they gave me my drink I said, "is this the Ube coffee," because it didn't look like the picture. She said, "no, this is Ube Milk Tea you ordered." I told her politely that I said Ube Coffee. She said that I looked at register and confirmed it was what I ordered. I guess I had too much...read full review

The Dream Bakery Coffee & Tea offers great customer service and smells delicious as soon as you walk in. The shop is clean, cozy, well maintained, and well organized, with a display that makes everything look fresh and tempting. There are lots of different options for beverages and food. The Vietnamese strong coffee is really delicious—rich, bold, and full of flavor. The Caramel Drizzle Milk Tea was awesome, with flavor on point down to the last drop. The Chicken Banh Mi Sandwiches were delicious, though could stand to be a bit more inside. The Vietnamese shrimp bread was hot and cheesy, just perfect. The ube coffee with tapioca was nice but stronger than some palates are used to. The polar ice milk tea is absolutely amazing, sweet but not overwhelming with a minty flavor. The black milk tea is true to the flavor, and the cheese foam cap is a tad too sweet but still loved. The topping options are adorable and tasty, including bunny, tiger, dolphin, and piggy toppings. The preparation is slightly slower, but worth the wait. The drinks are a little more expensive due to the wide variety of topping options, but the quality makes the price make sense. The shop does not have any outlets to charge phones or laptops.
