The manager up front needs allot of help in Guest Experience, Guest Service and needs to understand who is paying his salary. Has a very poor greeting, or shall I say NO greeting upon our arrival. Very DRY attitude and a no care attitude. The atmosphere was no music, the entire mood just brings you down. I will give the credit to the food though, it was HOT and great chicken. 12/19/23 7:45 pm we went through tje drive through. The young man who took, my order and the one who handed me my food(could've been the same person lol) were very nice, and helpful. The service was fast and the food was good. I always appreciate a friendly staff.
