DO NOT EAT HERE. This establishment is the worst, most unprofessional, nonchalant business I have ever experienced. Google says this establishment opens at 9:45 but the doors were not opened until 10:20am. I sat in the parking lot and watched the employees and managers stand around for 35 minutes. I placed my order online at 9:47 and was asked to wait for 15 minutes. The employees were unprepared and inconsiderate when I asked them how much longer my order would take. I then asked the manager for a refund and he informed me that they can not do refund for online orders (understandable). I asked him how should I go about the refund and he told me that is not his problem. This establishment also has a STOP WORK ORDER ON THEIR DOOR SINCE October 2023. This business needs to be shut down immediately due such unprofessional behavior and incompetence.

Disastrous Experience at Popeyes with Manager SaraMy recent visit to Popeyes was nothing short of a nightmare, largely due to the abysmal service provided by Manager Sara. Not only did she fail to handle the simplest tasks competently, but her demeanor and lack of concern for customer satisfaction were appalling.Firstly, on not one, but two separate occasions, my order was egregiously mishandled under Sara's supervision. It's baffling how basic instructions seemed to elude her grasp, resulting in incorrect items being included in my order. This not only wasted my time but also left me hungry and dissatisfied.What's even more infuriating is Sara's refusal to rectify the situation. Despite bringing the errors to her attention politely, she showed no remorse or willingness to correct the mistakes. Instead, she brushed off my concerns with a dismissive attitude, as if my dissatisfaction was of no consequence.Furthermore, the overall ambiance of the restaurant under Sara's management was chaotic and disorganized. Tables were left uncleared, and the staff seemed overworked and demotivated, reflecting Sara's lack of leadership and ability to maintain a functional work environment.In conclusion, my experience at Popeyes, marred by Manager Sara's incompetence and apathy, was a complete letdown. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment until significant improvements are made in their management and customer service standards.
There was a Japanese man from out of town trying to order some chicken but he was using a translator on his phone. The manager decided that since he couldn’t understand him he wouldn’t serve him and kept belittling him for not understanding and told him to order online instead of helping. I had to help the gentleman order and it took less than 1 minute to look at his translator and understand. POOR service and That man was a HORRIBLE excuse for a manager.

The manager up front needs allot of help in Guest Experience, Guest Service and needs to understand who is paying his salary. Has a very poor greeting, or shall I say NO greeting upon our arrival. Very DRY attitude and a no care attitude. The atmosphere was no music, the entire mood just brings you down. I will give the credit to the food though, it was HOT and great chicken. The little gravy given was VERY little as you can see. Maybe he had an off day, but it was very noticeable that he did NOT want to be there or had no care in the world to exemplify a good guest experience. Take this comment to help you guys, you have great product, touch up just a bit on the gravy, the chicken was a HOMERUN, and please have hot sauce available, you had none. ?
