Went there today, and the girl taking the order through the drive-thru was so rude and unprofessional. I understand customer service can be frustrating and stressful; however, when you're polite and get attitude in return, it's a bad look. Also, when I got my change back, the guy dropped some of it, looked at it, and shrugged. Did not even try to pick it up or give the correct change back, btw (granted, it was a few cents, so it's whatever, but it's the principle). Sucks because...read full review
I’ve gone a couple times and their coffee is never the same, I get the same thing everytime and it taste different.. My latest visit the coffee was disgusting , no matter what I did to fix it sugar, syrup, cream.. no longer visiting this location…
