“I want to start by saying that I have been frequenting this location for many months. I feel I have been able to form a fair judgment based on how many times I frequented and the consistency of my visits and my experience overall. Firstly, this location is large inside, and typically really clean, which is something I am critical of at fast food restaurants. The restrooms are usually always clean and stocked. The lobby inside is very welcoming, spacious, with nice, big windows. Now, when it comes to their selection of donuts, yes, they typically do not have many varieties or many of each kind on display. However, I don't typically come for the donuts. I usually get iced coffee and breakfast food items. The food is good for the price. The avocado toast, hash browns, or bagel bites is my usual go-to. Those items are all pretty tasty. The iced coffee has a taste that I like. No, it's not super great quality but price wise, it's what I would expect.
Now, on to the part that matters the most to me and what makes a business worth my time and money.
The employees here are EXCEPTIONAL. They are nothing short of caring. Sure, there are a couple who seem a bit aimless, but most of the employees there in the later morning are wonderful. If you actually facilitate a real relationship with them, they will take care of you. Yes, I have had my drink made wrong a few times out of the hundred trips I've made. But, if you simply ask an employee to fix the issue for you in a nice manner, they are usually very apologetic or at least quick to fix it without seeming upset. Again, I talk to these people and have real conversations. They know me by my name (most of them). Cassandra, the current store manager is amazing. She has wonderful customer service skills. And I've noticed a lot of improvement from the employees attitudes and demeanor since she became the store's general manager.
I love this place. The vibe, the people. I'm moving and I am going to miss it greatly. Windcrest Dunkin', thank you for your kindness during a time in my life where I had hardly any friends. This place was so comforting to me. I won't forget my experiences.“

“Downtown areas of cities normally have a lot of coffee competition. It seems like every few blocks has at least one cafe spot. You have to do something to stand out. For Mozna, it’s having chocolate based specialty lattes in addition to selling different kinds of chocolates; plus common sweets. Without a doubt, I would recommend the specialty coffees over the regular coffee options. Not necessarily because the latter are bad, but because the former are incredibly well done. In my opinion, this is one of the top spots in downtown San Antonio for coffee, and I think I will be coming back.“

“It's a nice place, but if I drop into a neighborhood (or any) coffee shop on a Sat a.m. I expect a Sat a.m. "coffee atmosphere" - quiet, laid-back. Suddenly in comes a bunch of pre-teens, cackling and shouting. Too many parents make the mistake of assuming that we all want to see and hear their kids: teach them to recognize and respect quiet. Otherwise, as I said, a nice and convenient spot with a good selection for coffee and low-dB conversation.“

Well designed comfortable interior with a French style patio for those cooler days give you additional reasons to return. Kiki's is dog friendly so feel free to bring Sparky! “My husband and I have passed by this spot multiple times. We finally decided to give it a try and my oh my is it fabulous. The owner and his son greeted us and were extremely kind. We ordered the chilaquiles divorciados with eggs, a croissant sandwich (comes with hash brown, fruit and 2 churros), vanilla and caramel iced lattes, a vanilla concha and a warmed up cornbread. The chilaquiles and churros are hands down the best I’ve tried in all of San Antonio. 11/10. The hash brown was a little greasy and I wish they had more speciality coffee options. All in all it was an amazing experience, they have plenty of indoor seating and the ambiance was clean and peaceful. Try it out!! You won’t be disappointed.“

You walk up from the outside place your order at the window and then your coffee comes to you a few minutes later. We ordered holiday themed drinks because it was near Christmas. “I love on the grind so much more than Starbucks. They have a good selection of coffee, comes hot, cold and blended. They even offer a stamp card and after you buy 10 coffees you get one free. They dont even scam you by making the free coffee something nobody wants like a small black. I just redeemed my free drink today and got a large iced chocolate Carmel coffee. Their drinks dont taste as sugary as Starbucks, which I like, but they are still quite sweet. Ive gone here for a few years now and never have they gotten my order wrong, everyone is always very happy and even if the line looks long still go! They do the same thing chick fil a does and will get your order on an iPad and get you out with your drink fast. I love this place. They are dog friendly too and my dogs love coming to get a pup cup. What is not to like?“

“Every time that my wife and I go to Black Rifle Coffee shop in San Antonio Texas, we have nothing but a great experience. The workers are friendly and the service is excellent. I always seem to spend money on some clothes and coffee cups. I highly recommend this place and you can always go on their website and order Black Rifle Coffee Company items. Unfortunately you used to have the Black Rifle Coffee Grizzly Bear coffee cups, but I have not seen it on your website anymore. Are they available now if not are you going to have them again.“
