“Stopped by Jolt for the first time ever the morning of 2/14/26 and had a lovely experience with the staff. I did not get the name of the young gentleman working that morning but he was so helpful and patient and helped me decide on my order. “It's a nice place, but if I drop into a neighborhood (or any) coffee shop on a Sat a.m. I expect a Sat a.m. "coffee atmosphere" - quiet, laid-back. Suddenly in comes a bunch of pre-teens, cackling and shouting. Too many parents make the mistake of assuming that we all want to see and hear their kids: teach them to recognize and respect quiet. Otherwise, as I said, a nice and convenient spot with a good selection for coffee and low-dB conversation.“

All locations cater mostly to drive- thru customers, but they do have a couple of outside tables on a small patio area. I've been to 7 Brews locations from south Texas to Northern Michigan and many in between. The staff at every location has been exceptional!!“

“Downtown areas of cities normally have a lot of coffee competition. It seems like every few blocks has at least one cafe spot. You have to do something to stand out. For Mozna, it’s having chocolate based specialty lattes in addition to selling different kinds of chocolates; plus common sweets. Without a doubt, I would recommend the specialty coffees over the regular coffee options. Not necessarily because the latter are bad, but because the former are incredibly well done. In my opinion, this is one of the top spots in downtown San Antonio for coffee, and I think I will be coming back.“

“If you haven’t been to this coffee shop you’re missing out. They are known for their coco cajeta syrup which is delicious! My go to order is a vanilla latte half sweet or lavender matcha half sweet. The service is crazy fast. Sometimes my drink is out before I’ve even paid. There’s usually open seating on the weekdays to sit and work as well. I highly recommend checking them out 😊 my only note would be to add some baked goods or food menu items.“

“We took our four kiddos. Everyone was amazing and kind. I love that the cafe has so many opportunities for individuals with special needs. The cafe is warm and the decor is beautiful. Our oldest has DS and celiac; it’s so nice to find a place where she can enjoy everything on the menu. She loves strawberries so, she appreciated the strawberry cake. We will absolutely be going back!“

“The Human Bean is a great small drive-through coffee shop! The baristas, Katlyn and Jesse, were very helpful in recommending what I should get for a small lunch and a coffee. “The prices here are pretty steep at $9 for one of their regular size specialty coffees and $16 for their lox bagel sandwiche. Both were delicious, but on the price alone, I feel like I could get similar quality elsewhere.

The service here was typical. Nothing special but not bad either. The shop is cute with plants and nice lighting. It’s a nice place to come have a conversation with a friend or even a coffee date. Their pastries looked delicious.

“The Jewel cafe and bar is just as it's name states, " A Jewel in San Antonio". My husband, 23 year old daughter and I visited this establishment Saturday morning. The new owners are more than friendly and welcoming. They educated my family on the history of the business and when it was a home. They elaborated on their menu and services. The property and fractions of it can be reserved for private parties and events. I ordered the cappuccino with almond milk and hazelnut syrup. Amazing! I can change this up several ways, which is my intention in the future. My husband ordered a peach mango tea. Hot. He loved it, also. My daughter ordered a Latte with almond milk and hazelnut syrup. She agrees this is the best coffee drink she has had and the luxurious but comfortable and casual home atmosphere made it 100% better. My husband also ordered a cinnamon roll. One of the many pastry options available. There are many areas to sit inside or outside, to enjoy the treats. Something good to know, behind the establishment is their private parking lot. This makes it easy to park safely and not worry about crowded curb parking. I highly recommend the Jewel to all folks looking for a coffee, breakfast house to enjoy quality time with family and friends. I do know they are open in the evenings also, offering a full bar alongside coffee, to those who love to unwind with a cocktail. The owners told me of so many plans to serve their community, in this coming year, that I cannot remember it all. I, for sure, will be coming back with new folks to give everyone I know an experience worth having.“

“I only recently heard the my city (SATX) had a PJs. Woooowhooo. I discovered this Bulverde Rd location is only about 12 minutes away. So,.., here we go. 3 biegnwts and a classic dark roast chicory coffee. Oh my. Yum. Slap ya Momma and run around da room! It was good and I'm glad I came. Nice quiet atmosphere with the just right NOLA music ambiance to help me remember my roots. Staff was friendly. All good. I'll be back!!!“

“I love on the grind so much more than Starbucks. They have a good selection of coffee, comes hot, cold and blended. They even offer a stamp card and after you buy 10 coffees you get one free. They dont even scam you by making the free coffee something nobody wants like a small black. I just redeemed my free drink today and got a large iced chocolate Carmel coffee. Their drinks dont taste as sugary as Starbucks, which I like, but they are still quite sweet. Ive gone here for a few years now and never have they gotten my order wrong, everyone is always very happy and even if the line looks long still go! They do the same thing chick fil a does and will get your order on an iPad and get you out with your drink fast. I love this place. They are dog friendly too and my dogs love coming to get a pup cup. What is not to like?“
